Best young Center Poll

If you could read you would see in the very first post that I explained this and later explained the Mozgov inclusion.

sorry, I didn't read the thread before I voted and made my comment...

read the poll, LOL'd at the inclusion of Mozgov on a YOUNG center poll... then wondered where 2 of the best young centers in the game were.

Did you think mozgov was like 22 or something?
and just totally forget about dummond and vuc?

No I also explained that I left them out on purpose because it was too obvious and these guys I chose were all really close in my opinion. I thought Moz was like 23 or 24. I may not have included him at all but I'm watching last nights Cavs Utah game right now and that was what made me think about it.

Reason why Drummond isn't in the list is he's clearly better then most of the guys on the list, While Cousins is arguably a top 3 center in the league already

I like 25 year old Dieng, 28 year old Mozgov in the poll however

Then it probably shouldn't be called a best young center poll

Should be called " Best Perrenial solid to borderline all star center for the next 5-7 years thread"

Like I said...I could have picked Drummond and Vucevic but those 2 are a little above the rest and it would have messed up the results.

Then maybe call the thread "Third best young center poll".

Whiteside 1st among C in PER, 2nd in WS/48 among C. He deserves a mention.

Gobert and Nurkic have me most intrigued off that list right now. Then Len. All those guys are new to the scene, but could pass the others there who are closer to settling in as solid starters, but not stars.

And glad we didn't include the obvious Drummond etc. stuff. Or the obvious Cousins who's going to be the new dean. The above guys are still at an interesting stage of all potential, not much realization. Throw in Embiid and Okafor for the future too, and a lot of intriguing young bigs.

P.S. Might have wanted to throw in Mason Plumlee too.

I know what your saying. I have him in both my fantasy leagues. I loved what I saw out of him in pre season. I just thought you may have been over stating your point. The 2 are very close IMO.

Someone finally understands what I was trying to do in this poll. You could throw in Thon Maker too if he turns out to be a center. He looks unreal.

The future of the league is C's and PG's.

Gobert is more advanced at this point because he can defend without fouling.

Also Len has had injury issues which have held back his development, that's the only thing I worry about with him looking forward.
