Ben Goessling:

Next up for Duron Carter -- a visit to the Panthers on Wednesday. He could still visit the 49ers, Browns and Titans after that.

David Newton:

Duron Carter had a good visit and workout. VIKES the favorite but #Panthers could get in the mix

Breaux handled Carter at the line of scrimmage pretty well, which reinforced the idea Carter needs to muscle up. During a recent visit to an NFL team, Carter checked in at nearly 6'4" and 198 pounds. His father believes he has the frame to weigh up to 215.

Colts frontrunners for CFL star WR Duron Carter

I think many people were leaning that he'd go that way from the very beginning. I think Hakeem Nicks will likely move on anyway, but this would pretty much guarantee he'd do that IMO.

If and when Crabtree departs, and I'm strongly leaning and almost convinced he won't be back, as risky as he is, Nicks would be one of my first targets if he's still available at that time.

I'm a bit skeptical of reports like this after seeing the word "frontrunner" used so often lately. Especially since Carter himself said that Minnesota is the frontrunner.

Honestly, I'm a little leery of his daddy. Not a bad dude, but I don't want this storyline woven into our world, especially if he doesn't work out. Seems like he might wind up yapping on Mike & Mike or NFL countdown if he's not happy with something.

Adam Schefter:

Montreal WR Duron Carter, son of HOF WR and ESPN analyst Cris Carter, is closing in on an agreement with the Indianapolis Colts.

The ModFather

My sports teams are currently experiencing suckiness. Please pardon the mess.
