Can't say I'm surprised since it's based on popularity, team success and reputation. Won't be such a big deal if he makes All-NBA.

The fact that people aren't talking about, "Blah blah makes the team", but it's "Cousins snubbed!" should tell you something.

I'm not one for conspiracies, but I think the league just doesn't like Cousins.

I would say Boogie would be AT LEAST a sure fire all star reserve if he hadn't fallen ill or Malone wasn't canned. Me personally, he would be the starting C for the west if the FO didn't went full re tard.

ever since malone got shafted and everything went downhill I knew the record would somehow be an excuse for cuz to get snubbed. .. cuz deserves a spot though and It would have been a nice reward for him, I could care less if he doesn't represent the kings..as long as he gets rewarded for his hardwork...

After this debacle, I would closely keep an eye on cuz..he might really explode in a bad way.. and I wont blame him, this organization basically screwed him up again...

I think coaches still don't respect him because of his past reputation. Grant said the same thing earlier on his radio show. It's at best a lazy way to cast your ballot, and at worst just downright petty. It's not a message any league or business should send to someone working to reverse their bad habits, but it is what it is at this point. Hopefully it's just something else he can use to motivate his improvement, or lights a fire under somebody's butt in this franchise to better get what Cousins deserves.

I would have like to think that Cousins' team usa experience opened eyes the past summer. Cousins never blew up and handled his bench role fantastically. He was one of the main reasons why team usa won the gold in the championship game. That and his great play early onto the season should have swayed a lot more people too.

I guess, ever since the fall out of FO & Malone, everything just went to garbage and it seems like Cousins' rep has taken a hit...unfairly or not. :banghead:

On the one hand the Kings aren't winning, on the other I think most people should see this to do with the Kings management doing things like firing a good coach in Mike randomly. Boogie and Randolph both should have gotten in though.

I thought this was cool too.

Just from a Suns fan perspective. It may be the worst snub ever. Cousins should be on the all-star team, and there should be no question about it whatsoever. He deserves to be on ahead of Durant or Duncan.

Congrats guys on Cousins replacing Kobe in the all stars, he's definitely deserving!

Never should have had to be a replacement. Deserved it more than Kobe.

If that's Rubios page that is very cool, makes me have a better perspective on him

He also posted it on his twitter acct too. I think he was one of the first NBA players to show his opinion about the snub in public.

I always liked Rubio. 8-)

Although I would also agree with Barkley that Lillard deserves to be an All-Star. Moreso that Chris Paul anyway.

Just wonder if any of the other selected all-stars who are dealing with injuries are going to step down.

While DMC should have been an obvious choice for the reserves, I'm glad that Silver was bright enough to correct the mistake of leaving him out.

I'd merge this with the thread I made, but I'm too lazy for all that.

The planets are back in alignment.

At least as far as this miscarriage of justice goes. Any chance we can get Adam Silver to be our new GM?
