So I went to a homebrewing shop by my work and was a little freaked out by the staff and clientele...

I swear these guys are all home brewing in one side and practicing hydroponics on the other side of the closet in their Moms house they still live in while attending the local Community College for the 7th year.

Remind me again. What happens if you intake to much gluten?

It's different for every person but it's an Auto-Immune disorder. I have a distant relative that it caused her organs to completely shut down and almost died... She was in her 20s.
The good part of it is, if you cut out gluten, your body can eventually heal itself.

Have you always had it or is it something that's recent? I read an article a while back that a lot of tree huggers self diagnose, but they are usually wrong. obviously I know you went to the doctor.

Would you give up a secure job in a research institute to explore a profit oriented company (still agri related) with slightly higher pay with car but I'd be away most of the time because of trips to different areas to supervise different trials.

Yeah, there's a whole group of fools that think its a fad diet.
It actually can be pretty serious. You always have the predisposition to the disease, but it can take some time for the symptoms to develop. Some kids develop symptoms right away, sometimes it takes longer. I think I started to really have problems with it when I was about a sophomore in High School. It seemed like I couldn't eat anything without getting sick then, but I didn't get diagnosed until after my daughter did.
I always just assumed I was allergic to something and would cut out certain foods, but it always seemed to change.

You have the same point as my pops. The Mrs. thinks it's ok, I dunno if she's serious. My father in law said if the salary is double, at the least, I can consider.

Lol of course she knows. She just told me to go and try it out. But I don't want to be four hours away from her.

I just had some angry dude try to attack me in the hospital in triage. I had to defend my self. I struck his shin hard enough that he couldn't get up. Cops were right by there and he got arrested. Craziest night at work so far. Guy was drunk as **** and mad for who knows what reason.

Is moving closer to the job a possibility?

is the salary double?

how long are the trips? and how often do they take place? will it be like an 'up in the air' situation where george clooney is gone for like 300 days of the year?

could be a trap, but trying it out isn't a bad idea (to see how it goes/if you like it) if she's serious

is it something that you could try for a while and go back or would the spot at the research place be gone while you're out (or this new gig doesn't make it easy to back out of)?

beating up potentially ill people? that doesn't seem very doctor-y

the proper response from what i've seen on tv is to inject him with something to knock him out/calm him down or whatever

It was more of a stomp to get him on the floor.
