I "pulled" the mom story because I simply wasn't sure, until I verified it. I'm positive now. And again, Marcus was more involved than Keef, who did nothing, but the injuries are because of their friend. At this point I'd be shocked if both Keef and Mook do not get the exact same punishments, but crazier things have happened I guess. I guess the only thing that changed at all is Marcus was a little bit less violent than I originally thought. There was part of the altercation that only 1 witness saw.

Nobody is lying to police because they got the outline of the incident on the night of and morning after from non primary witnesses. Primary witnesses know this, so they are being honest with the detective that is pretty much forcing them to speak.

I'm sure we're already looking into getting rid of the MoBros regardless of the severity of the charges (even if they aren't laid). Kieff has been a solid player this season but I'm getting the feeling they may be more headache than they are worth on the court, especially when our team has a reputation of not dealing with problem players.

Kerrsed had accurate info the entire time. And the story has not taken a 180. You guys are overreacting to the fact that their friend was involved. All that does is change it from 1st degree to 2nd or 3rd. What they did is still illegal, which is why police will charge them if this goes to court.

Marcus and his friend were handling the dude the entire time. Marcus was barking at him and got involved a bit but their friend was flat out taking the dude out. The result was pretty damn bad. Keef stood a bit away to take care of the bystanders. At the end of the day, I don't see why Marcus should get 1st degree, and he probably won't. Would require a curve ball from law enforcement.

And I can understand not believing everything you read on the internet, but some of you people are just too damn over the stop skeptical. If people say something happened, then it becomes public news that it happened, then I don't think nothing happened.

I've lurked RealGM for like 5 years, and I can really see why insiders are driven off so much from other posters.

The general public doesn't know though, if its an active investigation, as well any legal strategy by your roommates. Appreciate your insight and info however.

The only thing I don't understand is what does settling with the victim have to do with the police? The police/DA would charge with a crime separate of any civil issue (unless they did an out of court settlement and the victim "suddenly" was unable to recall the incident to testify to police).

You say you live with the two primary witnesses. So how did they fail to mention the information about the friend doing the majority of the damage? In fact, I read every tweet you had on the night of January 28 and into the early morning hours of January 29. Since you claimed to have the inside story then, why was there zero mention of a third person involved?

In since deleted tweets, you made it very clear that Marcus was the one doing the damage and that "based on what actually happened, marcus should be arrested". You also said in one now deleted tweet that everything you were saying was definitely correct with the possible exception of the mom link. Now you say Marcus got "involved a bit". That is a significant change in your story.

I'm not denying that any incident took place. It's clear that something went down. But your story has issues.
