If it worked folks would be saying that it was a clever play (i.e. to use Lynch as the decoy).

Not really because it'd be expected. Scoring on the one with 3 plays left is supposed to happen. It's what I'm 95% sure would've happened if they punched it up the middle.

It seemed like they expected the pass from Kearse to get reviewed which is why it to so long to call a time out, and that wasted so much time. They should have used the read option there and give Lynch or Wilson a shot at running it in.

Seahawks suck now?

Packers?

Yes every team sucks lol. I'm always bitter when a Boston team wins a championship which means I hate every team that loses to them lol. It is what is though.

Was a classic game. Back and forth, two great teams, and a crazy/somewhat controversial finish.

People don't seem to be talking much about Bellicheck brain farting late and not calling a TO. Gotta play under the assumption the Hawks will score so you give Brady as much time as possible to tie(if not win it).

I also think Edelman should have won MVP. Over 100 yards and a TD. He made Brady's stats look a lot better with all those short catches turned into bigger gains.
Eric Maynor is the worst basketball player I've ever seen.

Totally agree, Higga, Edelman was the real reason we won this game and even got to the superbowl. My new favorite Patriot after the past two years.

Welker who?

Edit: wait what? Is this a Knicks forum thread or something?

i look at it as a genius move (belichick not calling timeout) because it caused the hawks to rush and make a bad decision. in that situation if i was the coach i would definitely call timeout. i thought it was a mistake too but it worked out. if he calls timeout there maybe the hawks talk it over and decide to run it in and end up winning the game.
