I used to think Jennings couldn't be productive consistently either.

I think the main difference is that when Jennings shot isn't falling, he still has the superior court vision to make his teammates better. But im hoping for the best. Today was a good sign.

The difference is jennings vision in transition where he tends to find the open man or get his. His defense while not elite, he typically stayed in front of most guards, and caused TO's. Jennings had the ability to get by the first man in space and understood where the open man was when help side came. He also was very good about drawing fouls from the trailing defender.

DJ tends to be more of a scoring PG, he tends to dribble to much and at times lack of pace creates a panic'd feeling. Alot of his assist tonight in the first half where in transition and not from running the offense. He needs to consistently get in the lane(which jennings became good at) , and cause the defense to make decisions. Most of all he needs to figure out how to stop letting his man blow right psat him. Our defensive struggles mostly start from him. I like the conscious effort to get moose the ball tonight, however that is more to do with Detroits game plan as oppose DJ's decision.

Jennings is a better/higher ceiling player, but DJ has shown he can be an effective at both scoring and passing. He can run an offense. I'm hopeful he does what he did in Chicago. He had a great run there.

Jennings first step and vision is the difference. He's quick enough to make up for his lack of size

I'm hoping this game was a turning point for KCP- he had the best game of his career. I don't expect him to it every night but I am hoping he can consistently produce. Also, love that Augustine has been far better as a starter than he was as a bench guy. He still overdribbles and looks for his own shot more than he looks to pass but he's exceeding my expectations for him.

Monroe has been a 19 point/13 boards/2 assist guy on 53% FG, 72% from the line in 33 minutes since Jennings has been out. Glad to see him continuing to step up in Jennings wake. And love that Drummond beasted on the boards and blocked a whole lot of shots last night.

The game was a great change from our last 4. Hopefully we have some Momentum going into Miami

Last night was really a great win & we really dominated a pretty good west team.

For us the difference between wins & losses vs virtually everyone aside from the top tier teams is really our energy. Aside from maybe 4 or 5 elite elite talent level teams who should beat us every time we play them, we can beat everyone else if our energy is there & we play the right way.

Moose's production & efficiency since the cancer left is really something. If we shed the cancer last Summer he is probably a no brainer All Star selection this year. Hopefully this plays a huge role in him staying this coming Summer.

I was on the road and away from TV. Sadly, I forgot to set the DVR, so I didn't see this one at all. I guess KCP had a game even the most reluctant would have to praise. Good for him.

Yeah I'm sure it's been used before. I won't stick a flag in it.
