I would actually play Kirk against the Cavs unless the Bulls get another combo guard. He has been effective against Kyrie and can switch with Derrick for JR and Kyrie.
I would even see Noah and Mirotic against the Cavs...

Not a bad idea. Though I just think Taj can abuse Love on both ends. I'd like him in against the cavs.

I think pulling away Love from rebounds which Mirotic can do might be helpful.

I have also gone on record saying that Kirk will play against Kyrie and the Cavs.
Honestly, we matchup well with just about any team. The key for us is health and Thibs being flexible. If Thibs were flexible, we could see great lineups out there.
Instead we have to see Noah + Gasol as out PF + C for extended minutes.

For love, not money.

Yeah....it is upto Thibs to make tough changes if necessary. Taj was strong against big guys like Nene and Gortat which we would never guess comparing his size against Pau /Joakim.
I still hope they can get another 3 pt wing player similar to Kirk's size. You need a better talent than Moore to match-up and punish bad defenses.

When did Taj play well against the Wizards starters? It wasn't last year in the playoffs when the only game Taj really scored well, he primarily attacked Booker/Gooden/Harrington because Nene was out.
