Rose has the worst 3 point % in the league of anyone who averages 6 or more attempts per game(rounded). CJ Miles and Ariza are the closest worst and they're at .320 and .329 compared to Derrick's .296.

If you include players with 5 or more attempts a game only Kobe and Tony Wroten are worse, and Derrick's taken 40 more attempts than Kobe and 80 more than Wroten.

If you include players with 4 or more attempts a game only two more are worse... Batum and Vince Carter, and Rose has taken 40 more than Batum and 60 more than Vince.

One could easily argue Rose is the worst 3 point shooter in the league this season in terms of hurting their team, if you take into account the amount of attempts.
