Mike Breen's "Bang" really hurts when you're on the opposing team...

Why is Justin Hamilton still in the NBA? To get dunked on in practice?

Rock Hardy wrote:Wade and LeBron never did that. Why? They both read defenses a lot better and use their movement to create openings for their teammates. Our PGs are bad. None of them are athletic, except TJ. None of them have good court vision. Napier is probably the best, but he's turnover prone. None of them are particularly shifty where they can slash and distort the defense. Napier is again probably the best here, but he's too small to hit a lot passes. None of them shoot the ball well enough to create space either. Alternatively, that baseline drive is probably the most reliable means for guards of their limited abilities to consistently create movement in the defense.

The fact that two non-PGs had little issue creating insanely efficient offense means this probably isn't the result of coaching influence. Kerr today attributed Spo with helping modern offenses. I doubt this level of offensive ineptness is part of his design. It's just making the best of a very limited rotation. McBobs was supposed to be a key lynchpin, who together with Wade and Bosh could swing the ball around the court without having to rely on the least valuable members of the roster to do too much thinking. There's a reason it's the cheapest position on the roster. We pay them nothing because their skills are lacking.

Short lazy response, I don't watch the players all the time, I watch the position. If two guys come in and basically does the same thing and it fails, chances are it's not the players. IMO

You actually think Cole, Chalmers, and Napier are any good? This team has not had a real PG since Jason Williams and yes i do use my eyes

I can only judge them by THIS team and I choose to hive them the benefit of the doubt. I DO think they have no ceiling HERE, but I've seen a lot of role players come here and leave without ANY development...

They all impressed ONCE on this same team, but I don't see any future or further development. It is what it is, I'm use to it

I feel like we make 2 threes a game. .. one in the first half and one in the second half. The sad part is we shoot mostly wide open shots but we just don't make them

Who has left here in the Spo era and gone on to develop into something better elsewhere? Closest I can think is Wright and he just never made good on any of his opportunities here. I don't think he became a starter anywhere else, and he's had opportunities.
