Derrick Rose "Done" Date

I have his ceiling as All-Star caliber player - which I'm hopeful he'll return to next season. Still is a huge drop off from the path to the HOF he was on.

No question though that this entire year for him is about staying healthy. If he doesn't have it next year, it'll be what it'll be.

I'd imagine he's a top-15 PG now though.

My list, without too much thought and order potentially switching a little with those i name.

1. Curry
2. Westbrook
3. Paul
4. Teague
5. Wall
6. Lillard
7. Irving
8. Conley
9. Dragic
10. Bledsoe
11. Knight
12. Parker
13. Holiday
14. Lawson
15. Jennings

Rose, to me, is in the next crop of guys like Walker, Collison, Rondo & Williams.

Right now, Derrick has a worse PER than Aaron Brooks. Not good when your back up has a higher PER.

According to ESPN Stats & Info, D-Rose is the 5th best isolation player in the league.

Maybe he is getting there. His ability to manage the game has not looked like it's improved much though. His defense comes and goes too. But I'm not writing him off just yet.
