Its even worse cause they get to say, oh you know if we didn't lose to so many buzzer beaters we would have a much better record so maybe our team isn't that bad at all

I refuse to believe that we lost 4 buzzer beater games and truly believe we are 33-20 at this stage.

most of those buzzer beaters are just some of the luckiest bounces ever, its tough to swallow but what else can you do, lets just move on

Classic Hornacek.

Two possibilities

1) Coach Hornacek is dumb enough to give the game-winning shot to PJ Tucker on a post-up play
2) PJ Tucker's shot was the unintended result of a play that broke down

I'll take option 2, 9 times out of 10. I know you guys hate Hornacek but maybe think about it a little bit.

If the postgame comments reveal that the play WAS Tucker on a post-up, then for sure, WTF was Coach thinking? Let's see if he says anything about it.

It's so difficult to move on because I already know whats coming when the game comes down to the last shot. I close my eyes like Hornacek and the rest of our team does when opponents take the last shot.

There's been too many dumb plays this season. I think against the Grizz, we had Tucker take the last shot in the 4th or OT as well.

If this was the first or second time it happened, I'd agree with #2 but when it comes a trend, no I think his dumbass is actually designing these.

To me it looked like the play was designed for Tucker to get the ball back to IT, or maybe a cutting Morris.

Yeah it was a pretty reactionary post from me in the heat of the moment.

Most likely, like you said, the play broke down and PJ had to improvise.. pretty terrible spacing though, which makes me think it probably wasnt the play intended.

You got me.

Yea we nailed a buzzer beater. Kieff was on fire all night long and Green hit the 3pter at the buzzer to win.

Don't read the posts in here or read the score or go on any basketball related websites, it will ruin the game.

Rewatch it if you recorded it or on League Pass or something :D

Last year felt like a joy ride, a fantastic fun season even with the bledsoe injury

this one feels like the punishment, we are back home and paying the consequences, can't remember too many good games we've played let alone good wins.

Yeah I really doubt the Rockets would put D Mo out on the market now especially with Howard's ugly injury that might sideline him for a while. He's a part of their core, and won't be pryed away so easily even if we allow them to take their pickings in the garbage buffet.

I don't even know how to analyze this team anymore. Sometimes it seems like they are one puzzle piece away from being really good, and then times like tonight they just look thoroughly mediocre from top to bottom.

Dragic has obviously fallen since last year (as most predicted) but he's not having a terrible year. His TS% ranks second in his career (behind last year) and his PER & WS are in line with the two years before last.

The Morris twins are average defenders and average-at-best rebounders who basically have one move on offense. It works well enough when the shots are falling but otherwise they have little to contribute.

IT is probably our best offensive player but he doesn't have the skillset to be a great PG and he doesn't have the height to be a great anything else.

Green-- I really don't know. He doesn't have that confidence anymore. I don't know what to make of it. He was a huge contributor last year and now he is dead last among the top 9 in WS/48.

TJ Warren looked great moving around on offense in the first half. I don't know why he wasn't in the whole third quarter. He's the only guy that can effectively slash to the hoop AND have the leap and height to get a good shot attempt on the way.

It's frustrating seeing guys smiling and joking when down by 10 to a sub-500 team in the second half of a must win game.
