Never heard of Jims. I don't think I've gone to Bobs. I'm not really a big burger fan unless its turkey or chicken. Thats why I like fat burger once in a while. Theres a restaurant called bettye over here which is pretty good. i don't think they have them in SoCal.

But if you move away and can't get their very often or at all, and you all of a sudden get a chance to go, you may be disappointed is all I'm saying. It didn't live up to the hype I had given it in my memory.

Not to say it wasn't good, but just that I had to drive an hour out of my way to get it, after not having it for a couple years. I was expecting the greatest burger ever, basically. Do you guys have Jims where you are? It's a bit like Bob's Big Boy... That's my go to burger here.

Sometimes the Texas version might not be same as the LA version. I remember going to 5 guys in St. Louis and felt ordinary but went to one in DC and that thing was awesome.

Funny that you mentioned In and Out...I literally crushed two double doubles and a fry this afternoon. It's mass season man, what do you expect?

Just saw a pretty gnar meteorite right now while on my run. Big ole fireball coming in, really, really low but burned out probably several hundred feet before the surface. Pretty neat sight though.

New tires came in today. Had to buy some new inner tubes and some bike levers. Teaching myself how to change the wheels. Lets see how this goes.

I tightened my brakes recently but they still aren't good enough, may be time for new ones. I've been using my bike for commute regularly for 6 months now, so wear and tear is likely unavoidable. If I could find a place that'd buy it, I might invest money into a better road bike.

I'm gonna park my ass at a bar within 100 ft of a movie theater every day next week once 50 shades of grey opens and I suggest you guys do the same. Gonna be some cock hungry milfs on the prowl after watching soft porn.

I keep hearing it's really good.

I started watching this show called the 100. It's alright. I like post apocalyptic shows.

Bet you'd be disappointed... I think Cali Ex-pats must build In N Out up in their mind or something.

They built one clear on the other side of town from me and one day I just had to make the drive. It was what I remembered but it wasn't nearly as good as I remembered. Kind of a let-down really.

I rarely eat red meat, but last year when i went to Arizona I stopped at my first Five Guys. I definitely think its better than In N out.

if 5 guys is what i'm fiending for then idk what to think anymore. topsy turvy world out there.
