calls out is a strong choice of words. I looked it more as advice. Nobody on this team ought to be up in arms about Karl coming on board. NOBODY!!!!!!

Yeah, he's not calling out Cousins. Just telling him to make his own decisions and not to be too influenced by the agenda of his agents. Sounds like good advice.
