Mr. E's Halftime Thoughts -

Haven't done this in a while! Longest I've watched the team here recently. Good to see that a lot of the same things are happening, namely the infuriating inconsistency.

I don't know what they need to do in the second other than keep scoring and avoid dry spells. It doesn't look like either team plans on playing much defense tonight.

By the way - has everyone seen the new Rockets intro video for home games? It's a super hero theme and it is pretty cool! I'll try to find a video for it.

Both teams defense was non existence for sure until the Suns showed up in the 3rd.
The team needs to match Suns defense intensity really quick.

Phoenix is just doing whatever they want at this point. Even when they were down by 18 it felt like they had control of the game. The Rockets just look lost right now.

Pretty disturbing.

I've been hearing from people that it seems like there is a league edict to avoid calling fouls for Harden. After seeing that one I can see why they think that. Lots of contact.

Still, I'd rather the refs let players play.
