And Randy let a end of 3rd quarter lead slip where we had 2 TO and 2 blocked shots in 5 plays. We were up 10 pts and it was a 9-10 pt swing out of a TOR time out. You never let that happen. You call a time out after 4 pts or 6 pts.

That's the game. Not Gooden or Temple.

Mostly Randy and the above players are to blame for not executing. And when its said n done, D Roz hit a really tough shot and Wall missed by an inch ... that decided the game.

But for most the game, Randy did really well with the rotations and Wall played well. It was a game lost because lots of players and Randy just didn't do that one extra thing and it added up. Then add some crap calls to that.

Easiest of the above to fix would have been calling a freakn time out and running a little more PnR to Gortat. That's on Randy. So is not using Paul to close the game out.

Two games vs TOR. 6 pts. Both we had leads. They aren't a team we can't beat in the playoffs. But we need better coaching and better last plays. The good news ? Randy has shown he uses the reg season to allow Wall and Beal to expand their games which can be inefficient. He also allow key players like Wall to save their body by not driving. And this year Paul by not playing him at the 4.

But the closer to the playoff we get, the more likely it is he will start to do both more. Wall already is driving more this year then last. Also, he will trim Beals game back. I saw him do this kind of stuff last year. I expect the same this year.

I expect we see more efficient coaching and more efficient play down the stretch.
