Levine had the best dunks I've seen since J. Rich to be honest. I hope him and Wiggins battle it out next season :D

Pretty sure we will see that next year.

And maybe even the year after.

I expect a healthy McGee to get back in the action as well.

Actually, I would like to see them separate it by size. Someone like Plumlee is never going to win against those smaller players who are much more acrobatic. I would rather see more smaller players in one group and more taller players in another.

The dunking style is just to different to compare in the same category.

I gotta say, this SNL4o special has me torn -- especially because the All-Star Game doesn't get going until the 4Q anyway.

I remember last year when wall had 10-15 minutes of play time and now it seems Kyrie's getting a lot more minutes then Wall did to start the game last year, what bull ****.

Who knew the three point contest was on Sunday nights.

These games are so awful to watch.

I think i watched about 5 mins of that game and i dont even care for the highlights. Its just so boring. I check the box scores and see how Wall did and then go back to not caring some more.

Used to love the All-star weekend but now i just want tthe regular season to kick off again.

In order of what i found the most exciting this year:

3pt comp
Skills challenge (the scholarship money idea for kids was GREAT)
Shooting stars
Rising stars challenge
Dunk comp
All star game

NBA should do that scholarship competition with every event on Saturday. Give the guys a reason to do their absolute best instead of just showing up.

Rising stars is always on the top of my list but i didnt like the format this year. They keep changing it. It changed to International vs USA players from Rookies vs Soph, what was it before that? I dont know what it is, maybe the rooks and sophs trying to make a name for themselves, but it is always the more competitive game than the regular All Star, and therefore way more fun to watch.

I feel like, maybe not this year, but in the future they are going to have to change the format back again because there are usually better USA born rooks in the draft and more to choose from. Rookies and Sophs format was good and they should stick with it.

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.

That would be putting it kindly. LOL

I can't recall watching an AS game and saying.. my god, take that player out. He was horrible.

2-13 from 3.. what a shameless chucker and 20 total shots in 30 mins.

Dude. If its not your night and your clanking that bad, stop shooting so damn much... Specially iso long 3s.

Every East player had at least one assist. Except him.

Eh, Melo was being cagey. If he looked *too* good, then folks would criticize him and the Knicks for shutting down for the rest of the season. ;)

Didn't watch the game(never do)but good to see Wall represented. I think if not for Lebron being a Point Forward Wall could legit have a 22+ assist game in an All Star game.

All-Star Saturday wasn't as juicy for me though compared to last year where we had real good Wiz representation. Levine was great but the other three dunkers were awful.
Eric Maynor is the worst basketball player I've ever seen.

Melo would have backed out of the game if he had any shame. Still, why did he play so many minutes? Korver and Millsap and Horford deserved his minutes. Then the East might have actually had a chance.

I think it all had to do with the game being in NY. Melo is the NY player so you have to let him play minutes. Then this literally may be his last game of the year so they probably wanted him to have his moment. I honestly truly think that Melo only played this long this year because the All Star game was in NY. I think he really wanted to be in it. I think if it was any other situation then he woudve shut it down. Its quite clear by all his and the teams statements the last 2 months that he wanted to play in this game. They basically werre telling him to shut it down and he always said that "after the all star game I might shut it down" but no one ever ripped him for it. I know he wanted to play in NY but its not a good thing to represent if you do it in a negative way. His performance left people ripping him so I think everyything he wanted to do actuallly backfired
