**** old yinzer house insulation. walls should be insulated properly. my roommate popped a panel off where the pipes are on the first floor. we put a heater down there and got some water flowing finally this evening. it never got above 2 today that i saw. wind chills have been <-10 since saturday evening.

im a 15 minute drvie from downtown depending on traffic, **** both of u

if there was less people and no traffic i could prob get there in less time.

With traffic its like an hour bitch. i grew up in LA. I lived like 5 minutes away from USC and 10 minutes from downtown. I actually worked in downtown.

its never been an hour loool. it takes me an hour+ to drive to OC with traffic, not downtown. with decent traffic it takes me about 30-45 minutes to get to downtown most of the time, the only time it ever takes an hour is if there is an accident in rush hour.

don't you live in woodland hills? When i used to go to school there driving it was an hour. On the bus it was like two. Well I mean south LA which is where i lived.

Continuing the unfortunate 2015 of TheGreenLupe, got laid off from my job today (with 1/2 the company). Seems like the start-up is shutting down.

Sucks man, keep your spirits up. Happened to me in 2011, in a way I thought a lay off early in my career while I was very young taught me something. The key is to keep your job gap to a minimum and take a job to keep yourself busy even if its at a university lab.
