I don't care how talented he is. No.

I'd trade JV for DMC in a heartbeat but jeez can't imagine JV ever doing that. I hope that was during his less nature days.

How many stars are out there anyway? Not many.

Some of you should try to think things through. The Kings won't even think of trading Cousins until George Karl has a chance to work with him. If they can't see eye to eye, then the Cousins trade talk can start - like this summer or at the deadline in 2016. Anything else is a waste of bandwidth.

Well it would be more like JV, Ross, our 1st and the NY/Denver pick, and maybe a future protected first as well. I would do that but I wouldn't laugh all that much especially when the NY/Denver pick ends up in the top 10.

I really doubt Sacremento trades Cousins though unless he demands it.

I'm less willing to deal JV. People will blame Casey for not playing him more, but Casey is smart to bring him a long slowly. JV isn't ready for huge minutes yet. Too many mistakes and not conditioned.

Ross, though, is terrible...and he's 24. Not super young now. Those saying we should keep Ross and deal Derozan are idiots.

I can't honestly think of a star that's available currently.

Maybe, Phil Jackson shocks everybody, and deals the 'Melo Man. I don't know.

This is true. I do see Cousins being dealt though in the Summer....maybe at the trade deadline if he's already checked out and Karl knows it. We'll see. Regardless, Sac isn't ready for primetime and Cousins is a malcontent who doesn't like to lose on a crappy team for the next 3 years...

Trade DD for someone, make TRoss starting SG, get a new coach and play some basketball.

Am I the only one who doesn't love Cousins? He's immensely talented but seems like a pouty child when things aren't going his way. How do you think he'll like playing in our perimeter-dominated system?

Plus, doesn't JV eat him up every time they play?

On that note, doesn't JV eat up most really good centers we play against?

I think it's Drummond who constantly gets dominated by JV, not Cousins.

I'd throw in the NYK pick as well.

There's no mistake, as good as he can be his ceiling is still lower than Cousins current level.
