What site do you guys for advanced metrics?

Post#1 » by bullsRlife » Mon Feb 16, 2015 5:46 pm

For example. If I wanted to find out how many 3's Rose was taking in a certain month, what site has all that info?

I know of b ball reference, and 82 games, but some of the stats that pop up on this site aren't found on those sites.

Another example. Game by game stats for every year of their career.

Don't even have to leave RealGM to get a lot of these stats, monthly tracking of PER, 3s, other assorted stats and more.

The NBA's stats site is pretty great, though I sometimes find it difficult to navigate. Basketball-Reference is really nice when you want to search for stuff in particular. I like the shot charts on Vorped.

StatMuse is still very much in beta but it can be fun to mess around with. I still like using the other sites better though, as StatMuse just doesn't understand my inputs regularly.

I wish hoopdata was still around. Everything in a nicely sortable package.
