Not that Cousins isn't a fine talent, but I would rather the Raptors not go after him in a trade. I question his attitude and maturity on this team.

I know he's good friends with guys on the Raps, though. Maybe they can reel him in the fold, but I don't know.

News to me.

I cant believe people are actually arguing and debating about trading Val + for Cousins. Do it and dont even look back.

He's talented no doubt but he also has a few loose screws.

wasn't Lowry a headcase and coach killer before coming here? Winning cures all. Cousins has lost his entire career.

I vote for trading for Boogie.

I would easily trade JV, Ross, and two firsts for Boogie.

I would not, however, trade the Knicks/Nuggets pick as I want to see the Raps use that pick just out of spite towards Bargnani and the Knicks. Using that pick will be too enjoyable to give up.

Now for pure entertainment purposes, I would love to trade for Boogie and sign Larry Sanders. A bigs rotation of Boogie, Amir, Patterson, and Sanders (plus James Johnson) could be fantastic and if not, then it would likely blow up in a highly entertaining away.

Is Kawhi Leonard a star? As I've suggested before, I could see a deal with the Spurs of Val, Ross, Fields for Splitter, Leonard as making some sense for both teams. Not sure I'd do it, but it would make sense.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Call me crazy, but I wouldn't mind trading Jonas, Ross, 2016 NYK pick, our expirings, + whatever outside of Demar/Lowry/2pat/Amir/JJ

for something like Hibbert/Paul George.

I don't even know if Indiana would trade PG, but if they're going for a fufll rebuild, why not?

And just for good measure, we'll even throw in a long 2 specialist in Demar DeRozan

I don't trust Kawahi as a bonafide star. Nobody has left the spurs and prospered. Neal (is that his name?) was a sharp shooter for them. Gone now.

Jonas and maybe even Ross become all stars in San Antonio. Kawhi becomes solid but not a star here.

I've had time to think about this and my research tells me Cousins is a poor teammate which may cause chemistry issues. He's played with quite a few of our players in the past such as Vasquez, James Johnson, Hayes and even Demar. Masai would really need to talk to these players before pulling the trigger but either way, I'm not trading a 22 year old stud who is being held back by a coach who thinks he has the same skill set as Hansbrough
