Not a star, but I annot think of an impact not semi-retired player that could be available and possible to get for that price other than Hibbert.

now trade landry+handsbro+steemer for a back up sf and a better backup C and we gucci. also imagine west in handsbro's place, dude has a sick mid range game and we would look hella scary

most teams still take us lightly and despite our record they would rather face us in the playoffs than atl, chi, cle so we need a solid star to instill fear

I don't think any superstars will be available.

I wonder if Masai is waiting for direction Heat take. The 8th spot is going to be competitive with Pacers/Nets. If Heat decide to tank, I think we can make move for Deng. He has player option for next year, and probably would not take huge amount to obtain. He would be the perfect fit with this team.

Kings continue to flounder year after year. They need a drastic change. They should trade Boogie to us. Price will be high thou. But could be worth it, if it lands us in the NBA Finals.

Wade isn't retiring. Heat still has to give him another contract.

Deng would be a great pickup, but the way Wade seems inclined to return based on his ASG interviews and try to get his team to the playoffs probably means they aren't going to depart with Deng, who is on a bargain of a deal. He is having a decent season in terms of %FG efficiency most efficient since like 07 in his career. Problem is Riley would try to make us want to take on Granger or Chalmers's contract as well.

I hope Masai doesn't trade JV, he is a future star. But it really all depends on the player. I mean, the best players rumored out there may be Dragic/Lawson and no need for a PG, and JV's value is higher than those players regardless.
