Rather keep Guts than target Norris Cole

LMFAO

Norris Cole? Seriously?

What would we even be trading them? Cole is hot garbage. Do not want.

His contract is done after this year right? Maybe that's why we are trading for Norris Cole, because I can't think of any other reason.

I think acquiring Kanter would be the most polarizing thing we could do at the deadline. He seems like the Brandon Knight of big men.

Except Knight isn't a liability on defense.

If we get Taj Gibson, this team will be hard to beat in the playoffs.

If this is a deal setting Kidd up to play Knight more at the 2 then I bet I'd be good with it.

Sure it'd be better to have someone better than Cole. But I'm not going to sweat the particulars there as long as this shift happens.

Also if Mayo is on the way out we'll need someone to take those minutes. I doubt we're trading much asset wise for Cole, so the other back court maneuvering might be the bigger deal.

I can easily say Taj Gibson is the best player we are linked to right now and he seems like the biggest long shot. Maybe we can throw that Clips 1st at Denver and help get Afflalo to Chicago to get Taj..?

Cole isn't anymore of a PG than Knight is, he's a midget chucker and has been since he was at Cleveland State. I'd rather keep Jorge Gutierrez is right, he's on a 10 day contract and arguably a better player, its a joke we might deal any asset for this turd.

I can't believe he could be much worse than Zaza on defense, maybe I'm wrong. I would be much more concerned about his complete aversion to passing.

Sam Smith is semi-legit so if he's saying Bucks and Kanter, maybe 20% chance there is something to it.

If the Taj rumor is coming from Sam Amico, then I'd discount it. As far as rumors go, here is my personal reliability scale from top to bottom.

Norris Cole would be the lulz. What the hell would we even give up unless its just cap space?

Other than a 2nd round pick I can't imagine trading anything on our roster for Norris Cole (and I wouldn't even be thrilled with a 2nd round pick). The only player I'd trade for him is K-Mart but he can't be traded.

The only way Cole makes sense is if we are trading Knight or Bayless in another deal (Kanter?).

Gibson would be a cool win now player. Cole is hahaha. Kanter I don't like personally but it would be whatever depending what we give up. I wonder if the Pacers would dump Scola for a second or something?

I'd definitely be down with Gibson. I love his game.

I like the idea of doing Gibson, because we have some leverage. Bulls need to dump him to resign Butler is my guess. Wonder if they would take Ersan and Clippers 1st. That kills a year old salary. Mayo is another possibility I suppose.
