VERY intriguing deadline... Will give us a clear signal on new, current season-adjusted direction of franchise.

There are win-now rumors (Lawson, Gibson) and win-later ones (Stauskas) out there.

Which direction will LED lean?

Zach Lowe and Simmons were talking about a Celtics offer for Boogie (Simmons is obsessed with trying to get him on the Celtics) and Lowe was saying he thinks it would likely cost 3 first round picks + Sullinger.

I still think the Bucks plan on Giannis to be their long term Center, keep that in mind as the deadline looms.

I've always wondered this. He's going to have to bulk up quite a bit but he's only 20 so I guess it's not far fetched.

It seems so insane to think of Giannis as a center, but he's only about 20 lbs away from weighing the same as Joakim Noah (if their listed weights are accurate that is).

we still need a rebounding big regardless of what position giannis plays 3 years from now.

I'd say chances are high his best position is pf for most of his career just like Odom and garnett.

If you look at last summer's photo of Hennson, Larry, and Giannis; Giannis is the one with the better frame for muscling up. Also, Giannis' older brother Thanasis, he's built very solid - not huge, but muscular; so maybe he's the prototype to compare against.

I don't know if that means he's best used as a C, but he should have the size for it.

Totally agree... Would be a shame to see him relegated to C.

Ball handling, court vision, athleticism for his size, height mismatches are Giannis' "competitive advantages."

I do see some young KG, or I still like the Larry Nance comparison too. However, several years from now, we will probably look back on these comparisons and laugh a bit; as Giannis is unique and will carve his own niche.
