Not sure it makes that much sense to trade for Dragic, when you could make smaller deals (keeping Parker) and open up cap space to just make him a huge offer in the off season...right?

Long time reader, haven't posted since registering a while back obviously. GhostofSikma finally prompted me to post haha.

I assume we'd have to give up Knight in order to get Lawson. I wouldn't be completely against it.

I wouldn't trade jabari for dragic with years left on his deal let alone jabari knight and a 1st when the best thing coming back is dragic rental. that's insane.

I'd let someone else overpay him in the off season too.

Yeah I thought that Kyler connected Lawson to the Bucks a few weeks ago as well.

I think this is the most fair trade I've seen involving some of the rumored names we've been discussing so props for that. I wouldn't do it and I don't think the Bucks would either, but it is probably closer to realistic than in terms of pieces exchanged than a lot of things people are throwing out there. Just my opinion of course, I'm sure most won't share it but a lot of people are overvaluing our pieces.

Obviously it's never happening because Dragic would likely just walk at the end of the year and we would be mortgaging our future, but just in terms of pieces being exchanged I think it's close to fair.

I'd give up Knight and Clippers first and whatever it would take to get Ty Lawson. A lineup of Lawson, Middleton, Giannis, Parker and Henson next year sounds amazing.

Also, would love Lawson as our point provided Knight is on the way out or becomes our sixth man. no interest in that as our starting backcourt.

I'm not sure why Denver would do the trade because given Lawson's contract, Knight is likely going to cost more.
