why would the suns help a playoff contender??? would u as a lakers fan help a layoff contender... ok I didn't think so.... the suns are using the rockets to drive up the price for dragic. I think they would prefer to trade Thomas and if iam the lakers I would take Thomas and trade just LIN for THOMAS.... saves money for the suns to sign dragic

I doubt the front office makes a move that wins us some games this years.

interesting that no one wants Lance, not that I'm surprised of course. I wonder if such a trade could be done considered the interest of all parties

Lakers in = Terrence Ross, Amir Johnson (Expiring), Chuck Hayes (Expiring) and Cha's 2nd Rd Pick
out = Jordan Hill, Wesley Johnson, Jeremy Lin

Hornets in = Jordan Hill, Wesley Johnson, Jeremy Lin, 2nd Round from Us
out = Lance Stephenson, Cody Zeller and 2nd Rd. Pick

Pacers in = Lance Stephenson, Cody Zeller
out = David West, Whittington

Raptors in = David West, Cha's 2nd Round Pick, (Cap Relief)
out = Terrence Ross, Amir Johnson, Chuck Hayes

it works on the espn trade machine and based on the rumors we're hearing maybe we can take advantage of Indiana's interest but lack of tools to acquire Stephenson and need to dump either Hibbert or West for some cap space and regain some relevance. I think Ross for West works, but i think the Pacers may still prefer Lance, which is why I think we could steal Ross and get back expiring contracts, we could then flip those two for 2nd rounders or something or just let them expire. I don't think this ruins our chase for a top 5 pick but still gives us a player I think many of us can agree we'd like to have on our squad for guys we have no intention of keeping.
2014: Randle / Clarkson
2015: Russell / Nance
2016: Ingram / Zubac
2017: Top 3 Pick? Fultz, Ball or Bust

suns would never do that deal, and its way to good for us....so we get useful players in Thomas and Ross and we increase our protection on the pick and only lose Hou pick?

Bargani sucks bro, if you think otherwise you haven't been watching and they don't need soft non rebounding 3pt shooting bigs, they need a paint banger, their entire offense is based on long 2's and PnR for 3pt shots that is why they cant keep leads.

my ideal scenario for his trade deadline and off-season :D
Hill/maybe our 2nd for Sanders/Bucks 1st
Wes for some random 2nd rd from a playoff team
Lin to Det for Anythony/Jerebreko and we swap Hou pick with their pick lotto protected

then ping pong god on our side, land #1, trade down with NYK as they're desperate for a big for their #2/3 pick and future asset and maybe make them take Young too

Sign dragic to 15-16mill/yr

Dragic/Clarkson
Russell/Ellington
Kobe/draft pick
Randle/draft pick
Sanders/Davis/draft picks

:D
hopefully Kobe doesn't come back as a total duche and actually gives the reign and ball control to Dragic/Russell (I see this like Pho tandem of Bledsoe/Dragic just a lot less D in regards to Russel)

the other guy made my point for me I just restated what he said. its not about what they get now its money for dragic next year. they signed Thomas as issurance for Bledsoe and now they see hes healthy and they have to resign dragic he becomes expendable

they can afford Dragic with or without IT around, only thing they worry about is IT has reduce Dragic role on the team and he doesn't seem happy. Based on how Pho dealt with us last season with Pau/Okafor trade scenario I have a hard time seeing your scenario being a reality.

Wouldn't mind coming up on Miles Plumlee under the right deal
2014: Randle / Clarkson
2015: Russell / Nance
2016: Ingram / Zubac
2017: Top 3 Pick? Fultz, Ball or Bust

Still think my 4-way trade worked out best for all parties, we'll see what happens.

Miles and Dragic, for Nash and our Houston first. Do it Mitch.

I think it would have to involve the Rockets first rd pick because the Suns FO has been adamant about getting at least a first rd pick back for Plumlee.

I figured, as I don't see why they'd want the players we have on the block as I thought phx was stockpiling talent for another star.
