What would come next if we're unable to get rid of these guys. other than a afflalo trade, none of these other deals floating around seem likely atm. Having a team full of players who are all aware that they were just on the trading block doesn't sound too good. Especially with a coach like shaw whom the players already don't like too much.

In what order does the responsibility of this failed season/overall outlook, fall on? Players, FO, coaching staff

Well, they all should realize this is still a business and with the record this team has produced, change is coming. However, there has to be some professionalism to play out the season. Don't forget, the off-season will bring trades as well, so before the next season begins, I expect to see a few new faces on this roster.
