Not sure if hit or miss is the right term or if it's more just that he likes to speculate about what he thinks. I honestly have no idea what kind of sources he has, but he doesn't really "break" anything. Just talks to people about what other people are talking about lol

They're not. Jackson is a worse version of Knight and Lamb has been underwhelming his entire career.

Maybe if his name was Denise instead of Dennis.

How can someone look at these stats and say Jackson is worse than Knight?

Like what?

Not saying Jackson is great, but by most measures...he's a better version of Knight.

How far off is a Henson for Monroe offer?

Monroe is UFA and wants to leave Detroit.
Detroit wants to keep him now they kicked Smoove out.
But damage might be done in their relationship.

I would love Monroe and I think he is exactly what we are missing but I don't see Detroit moving him to us

I don't want to trade for Jackson but if we did we would at least have a pretty good nickname for him right off the bat: Knight-lite

Jackson is basically a worse shooting, less athletic version of Knight. Definitely not a guy I'm trading young assets for.

I'm really having trouble coming up with any justification for a Jackson deal, assuming the principals on our end are Bayless and (especially) Henson. If you add Lamb it could make some sense.

Not sure on the infatuation on undersized two-guards who pose as PG's. We already have a few on our roster (Knight/Bayless). We need to be going more in the direction of a true PG who facilitates. We wait years to get a talent in the mold of Giannis and Jabari and we don't have a PG who will put them in position to achieve their ceiling. Instead, we have a guy who plays hero ball and thinks that he's the star attraction. SMH.
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

Giving up Bayless is fine for Jackson, but I'm not terribly interested in getting him. We kind of need Henson right now.

I also can't wait for the next 6 months when everyone remains pissed that we didn't trade Knight because we had all sorts of awesome offers on the table even though no one will know what they are. Basically all we know is that teams called on Knight (f**king DUH) and that is going to leave people here pissed. Oh joy.

Hopefully from here to China. Why people keep suggesting giving up valuable assets for a 30 game rental is beyond me. Same as the Dragic situation.

Keep Kanter, we'll take Gobert.
