Man, going back to that proposal of Gay and McLemore.... I wonder how we could get them both, it's just too much salary for us to match with Gay making $19M this year. The Kings are close to the tax so they have to take back equal salary in a deal. How can we come up with $22M without including IT?

Goran 7.5, Tucker 5.7, Green 3.5, Zoran 1.7, Plumlee 1.1 is 19.5. Would that be close enough with their tax situation? Remember Gay's deal goes down to 12.4M next year. We'd have money to sign someone in the off-season too. That looks really good to me.

I find it insane that part of Dragic's frustration is that the Suns will not play his brother. Is he out of his mind? Screw off man. Plus his brother refuses to go to the D-League. Who do you think you are. Your brother should not be on the team in the first place. I guess giving him like two million dollars for doing absolutely nothing is not good enough. These athletes egos are out of control. Good riddance Goran and Zoran.

Not trading Dragic does make sense and it is the only way to preserve leverage. We hold his bird rights and can execute a sign and trade if need be. Trading him for cents on the dollar, right now, puts us in a bad position going forward depending on the packages out there. If the right deal isn't there, sit on it. He says he wants to be in a position like Curry? Well, Curry has Thompson. Give Goran more of a ball handler role in the offense and shift Bledsoe over. If it doesn't work, use your sign and trade in the offseason, but it's the best shot right now.

Again, I don't believe Gay is tradeable before the deadline.

You seem to be the most pissed at all with Dragic. I didn't even think you were a big fan of his, always trying to demonstrate that IT is better. Figured you might be kind of happy with this.

And I bet he was here all last season pimping Goran up waiting til this season to bash him.

I love when people say IT is better than Dragic because not a single GM has reported being interested in IT while about a dozen teams are trying to trade for Goran

What are you nodding about? Deuce doesn't even realize that the two weren't together the whole season, by using the full season win stats instead of the record they had together.

And yet Dragic couldn't lead his team to the playoffs ?? HA!! ,,,, This one better-------)

I'd be totally cool getting mclamore for goran. Might be the best trade out there.

Pathetic to hear so many laughing in the locker room after they just got their ass handed to them by Houston while Dragic actually seems genuinely upset and pissed about losing the game.

Yup, thought of this same thing. Gambo went off when this happened too. Might be part of the equation we are missing, he might just be tired of some of the guys on this team.

btw, that guy said Sacramento is just his feeling. He said he has no sources (he obviously accidentally said "now" instead of no).

I don't think we have a ton of interest in Mclemore. We had a chance to draft him and passed on him.. I don't know a whole lot about Stauskas and I believe Sacramento has already traded their pick for next year to Houston with top 10 protection. I'm fine with trading Dragic because $20m/yr for a non first team all nba player hurts this team more than helps it. I appreciate the loyalty he showed when he came back here after we traded him the first time but my appreciation only goes so far.

There's no way he doesn't get traded. He's already told you he doesn't want to stay here and I highly doubt anything you do is going to change that. If you keep him and try to change his mind you are basically allowing him to play the GM role a la Lebron James.

Yeah , Think Dragics 1 good year went straight to his head . Complaining about not getting enough touches ?? I can understand that . But complaining that your brother isn't playing ?? And his brother REFUSED to go to the D league ??

Entitlement ???

How Dare the Suns treat the GREAT Dragics like this . NO WONDER WHY HE'S LEAVING THE SUNS!!!

Whoever McD is keen on (usually some random like Plumlee, Green, Bullock, Wright) will probably be it.

I'd be surprised if its any name mentioned so far.

What about...

Thompson, Williams, Stauskas, McCallum, 1st 2017 for Goran&Zoran, Plumlee and Green

Green is leaving anyway, and you balance the roster with that move.

Bledsoe-Ennis-McCallum
Goodwin-Thomas-Stauskas
Tucker-Bullock-Warren

Why does every fan want to give up their 2017 pick? We want a 2015 Pick!!!!!

To sum it up... Dragic wanted to be the main PG of this team and the Suns FO pretty much told him, ain't gonna happen with Bledsoe.. Then they proceeded wth saying, " we won't sign and we want to be traded"...

I can't blame Dragic for trying to get the max and wanting to be the man.. I also don't blame the Suns since Eric Bledsoe is younger and has more of a ceiling ..

Overall, it's time for this 3 point guard system to end.. Get Bledsoe a true SG who can shoot and play defense( aaron Afflalo)

I don't see a sign and trade being likely. Youre not allowed to do 5 yr sign and trades anymore so the only sign and trade scenarios are to teams over the cap... but that's the problem his top two destinations NY and LA both have the cap room to just sign him outright. Sure keeping him allows the suns to offer a 5th year but do we really even want an upset Goran signed to a 5 year 100mil contract?

There's very little good that can come from keeping goran.
