Can I have this account deleted?

I accidentally made this account, despite just making a new account before.

That resulted in my other account being suspended on the Knicks forum, and I would like to use that one. So I was wondering if I could have this account deleted/banned/whatever and having my other account un-suspended, assuming this is the reason that I was suspended in the first place? My other username is Nast

Edit: If there seems to be another issue as to why I was banned, please let me know. I just want to see if it can be solved rather than having my other account suspended. Thanks

The 'Nast' account was also suspended for being a PBP. Perhaps Mickey can shed some light.
