Our fans do suck, end of story.
Ticket prices are too high, I only go to games when I get free tickets....usually a friend's corporate box tickets.
GS has ALWAYS had phenomenal fan support even when they were average, our fans suck even when we are good!!

Look, I miss Dragic too but from a basketball standpoint he's just as selfish as the other two. Dragic is a score first point guard and that's not really debatable. If you compare Dragic's assist numbers to Bled and knight, they're pretty much identical. Even last season when Bledsoe was injured and Goran had full reigns, rarely did he ever get double digit assists.
It's like if Bledsoe or knight miss a shot from an iso, ppl go wow what a low iq play, idiots. But if Dragic misses an iso shot, ppl go dang you'll get the next one goran.
And when you factor in Dragic's defense, it's clear to see who the better all around player is.
So you wanna compare assists between the players, even though Dragic has been playing the position 3, 70% of times this season, and you wanna compare?
I wont even get into the racist part of your statement, what a bunch of BS. Have you ever considered people like Dragic, cause hes a likeble guy, unlike Bledsoe?

This board is pretty ugly right now. Went thru pages 10-20 this morning, and whoa!!
News flash:
We don't suck. We aren't a playoff contender. We don't have any star players. We are in limbo. We have a lot of young potential guys and picks, who knows? It could be a lot worse.
Biggest issue: People outside of Phoenix just don't like or care for Phoenix, nor going to or being in Phoenix. Oh well, life goes on!

Sorry RDog... but I have lost faith in Dr. McDuh-kenstien.... he has taken perfectly functioning parts and combined them into a monster
Oh there is one thing I missed Frank. All this stupid gadgetry and electronic noise in the arena. People are easily overwhelmed by the flashing lights, loud music, dancing shows, dogs catching frisbees, walking to concessions booths, and texting on their cell phones. It is so pathetic to hear the electronic defense chant over and over and over and over again with no fans shouting defense. You think the Suns marketing folks would pull their heads out of their azzes and realize it doesn't work. They should be fired for not figuring out how to get real Suns' fans' butts in the seats.
I'm all for them trying a throwback Thursday and play the fricking organ like they used to. Turn off all the flashy Gizmos, put the cheerleaders and Gorilla in the stands (not on the court). Add vendors selling drinks, popcorn, and hotdogs in the aisles like they used too. Then maybe the fans will realize how deathly quiet they are. Turn three quarters of the lower bowl into $50 general admission seats for people wearing Suns jerseys and $15 general admission to the upper bowl with a Suns jersey. Charge $500 if you wear an opposing teams jersey.

No freakin way did I intend for that to be racist but looking back I can see how and I truly apologize. I'm just tired of ppl calling our players selfish(which they are at times lol) but claiming Dragic is Nash level selflessness.

Well I'm officially done with the Morris brothers. They want to talk **** about us fans. Ok that's cool, how about they actually try and get a rebound and actually try and play defense.
This team the Suns have put out of the floor is probably one of the most unlikable teams (as far as personalities and hard work) I have ever seen.
Keef going on Twitter and bashing the fans for the SUNS NOT WINNING is one of the most selfish and ignorant things I have ever seen. The Morris twins are funking losers and basically I want them gone.

This team hasn't seen the freaking playoffs for 5 YEARS!! Also the longest playoff drought in Suns HISTORY and the it's the fans fault! Lmao, whatever. Funny how the cardinals have sell outs EVERY single game. Fans want f$&@ing winners not f$&@ing whiners.
This city supports winners, just like every city in America. But these players have the balls to call out fans. Just f$&@ing sell the team sarver.
I have now witnessed the Suns go from the "prestigeous Suns organization" that most players want to play for to the armpit of the NBA. All under sarver's watch.
Do Suns fans have a right to be pissed and not support this garbage? Hell yES! I have a problem with any fan that is not pissed off at this current Suns organization.

Foot with the problem, Foot with the solution. It is a plastic environment, paralleling our plastic owner.
And yes RDog, I know McDuh is responsible for gathering the youngsters... basically I consider them to be Len, Goodwin, and Warren. But what he has created does not function well together as a whole. And his recent mad scramble to correct prior mistakes reeked of desperation.
Face it.... it is not a likable team. Horneck may have lost the locker room... but this FO/Owner has lost the town. These are immature party boy prima donnas. WTF was that flyer about Bledsoe 'hosting' a party? Is that a photo shopped joke or for real ? MiniBron trying to live up to his daddy? On a school night? Jeez... Could it be a coincidence that this team was so F-n lackluster 5 girls scouts could have outscored them last night? Just another 'D' for citizenship. You have all off season to party. (please, someone play the race card on this one too
)
And one other thing.... Hornecek's 'awe shucks' post game presser about made me put a brick into the TV. No anger, no fire, a 'well, at least we picked a game where everyone played bad' response... ? we got this one out of the way ??/ He is as bad as RDog pointing out the 'good things' to take from this 48 minute lobotomy. This is a play off push game remember? This was the worst half of Suns basketball ever witnessed and he was on the front row., orchestrating it??? How could he not be pissed and embarrassed. How could he just shoulder-shrug it with a sh** eating things happen grin ????
Dark times when the only thing you look forward to is getting rid of players/coaches/front offices/owners...

It's sucks there is absolutely nothing positive about this organization. From top to bottom.
Your right on everything. Sarver has turned off so many fans here. If I was sarver is would go to colangelo on my hands and knees and beg him to take control of this organization. Just give him full control. Get this team back to respectibility.

Thanks, Suns tickets on average being higher than the Grizzlies, OKC, and Golden State Warriors, 3 teams that in addition to being better also have a higher attendance rate, is ridiculous.
Not to mention that they also have "superstars" that fans want to see play--Gasol, Durant, Westbrook, Curry, Klay, etc. Who do we have? Bledsoe is probably the most "marketable" player the Suns have, right now.
But also wanted to mention that this 2nd list is a much better representation of Suns ticket costs. The 1st list just ranked the "Median", which of course, tells you nothing more than the middle point of the prices. If you ranked the "average" list instead, you'd see the Suns being 11th, I believe, which is still high, but not as mind-boggling as 5th. Right now, we have what, the 13th or 14th best record in the league? So having the 11th highest and being the 14th best, isn't too far off the mark. The average household salary in the Phoenix area aligns fairly closely with our 10th or 11th highest averages ticket prices, as well.
What ever group researches and decides ticket prices most assuredly looks at all of these factors, along with many others, I'm sure, to come up with these prices.
The only thing I'd say, overall, is that all of this is way "over priced" -- Ticket prices, TV contracts, Advertising, and player salaries. Everything should be cut in half, at a minimum, IMO. Players making $25M per year is just flat out ridiculous. IMO, the highest a player should make would be around $10M, with the averages closer to $2-3M. Do that, and cut the ticket prices, and you end up having much better crowds--sell-outs every night, I bet, if an average person could spend $30 per ticket for a family of four, let's say. And that price gets you mid-level seats. And for the love of god, stop handing out 50% of the tickets to corporations.

Exactly! But fans need to realize we bottomed out 2 seasons ago, we played out of our minds last year, and is being "corrected" this season, but we are a "barely above .500" team right now, and expect next season to be about where we were last year, with '16/'17 being the season I expect us to contend. And IMO, we "fans" should be a bit more patient with this rebuild. McD is movin' and shakin'; and yes, he's making some mistakes along the way.
But my goodness, he's been in the position, along with Horny, for less than 2 years--2 YEARS!! We took a step backward this season, but I'm glad we did, as it forced McD to re-evaluate and re-tool our roster. We are now a young roster that can grow together the remainder of this season and next, and by the '16/'17 season, I expect we are a 5-6 seed.

Re: Game 60: San Antonio Spurs (34-23) @ Phoenix Suns (31-28)
It is pretty rare for me to ever still be angry about something involving the Suns the day after it happens. One example is when Ron Artest hit that luck shot at the buzzer in 2010. However today I am still fuming about Markieff said. I might be even more angry when I think about it. Besides everything else I have already said about it in this thread, what makes it worse is that this happened against the Spurs. They eliminated the Suns from the playoffs in 2003, 2005, 2007, and 2008. The only time the Suns won was in 2010. 1-4 against them in the playoffs the last 12 years.
Every one of those series the Suns lost against the Spurs was brutal and filled with controversy. I was at the game in 2003 when Malik Rose injured Stephon Marbury. In 2005 the Suns played without Joe Johnson the first two games. In 2007 we all remember what happened. In 2008 Tim Duncan hits that 3 pointer in game one which basically ruined any momentum the Suns had and they lost the series in that game. Finally the Suns won in 2010 and it was more than just a series win. It was like the entire city of Phoenix came together and breathed a sigh of relief that they had finally conquered a giant. It was almost therapeutic in a way.
Fast forward to last night, five years later, and no playoff appearances since the season the Suns beat the Spurs. Now the Spurs come in while the Suns in the are midst of a playoff push and the Suns do not even show up. It is more than that. They have their worst half in franchise history. Everyone plays terrible. The coach's game plan was awful. There was not one positive the entire night. It almost felt like the Spurs once again crushed the Suns hopes. It was like they eliminated their spirit to make the playoffs this season. Sadly, the Spurs showed the Suns what team basketball is all about and all the Suns players could do after the game is vent about how bad the crowd was. Well it is hard to cheer for you when start the game losing 8-0 and it takes nearly four minutes to score your first point. The Suns never even went on a run to make the game interesting. Usually teams at least go on a run at some point and cut the lead down to something respectable. Not last night. It was such a horrific performance.
I have to be honest about the Spurs. I hate them more than any team in the league. I despise them. I loathe them. I think they are the cheapest, dirtiest, and most obnoxious team in the league to watch. Ginobili covers his mouth in shock every time he commits a foul. They flop everywhere. Popovich screams his head off at the officials and he does not get T'd up. I do think basketball wise they are incredible and Pop is an amazing coach and they are true champions. But I still cannot get over how much stuff they did to the Suns. I remember being at the game when Ginobili drove baseline and kneed Amare in his balls. The crowd lost its mind. Or how at a game in San Antonio Ginobili out of nowhere fell backwards for no reason and injured Barbosa's leg when he was having a great game and then he was out injured for many weeks. Or Robert Horry body checking Steve Nash. Or Bruce Bowen kicking Amare's achilles heel. Or when Bowen kneed Nash in his balls. Or the fact that every Spurs player complains to no end when they are called for a foul.
Now again last night. Fans watching are jacked up. The Suns just won the most important game of the season two days earlier against the Thunder to put them right back in the playoff race. Every local news outlet was praising the Suns. Look how great Bledsoe and Markieff were! They were unstoppable. In comes the Spurs. Without a doubt the Suns nemesis since 2000. The team I hate more than any team in professional sports. Then...nothing. The Suns are flat. Playing like they are sleeping. They have no life. No energy. So here are the fans, disappointed watching their team get annihilated ONCE AGAIN by the hands of the Spurs. Absolutely nothing to cheer about. Then the guy who has caused so many problems this year comes out and says how terrible the fans are. WHAT!?! You are blaming Suns' crowds for losses? Seriously? The same guy that can barely rebound? Or play defense? It is the fans fault? Sure buddy, what world are you living in. I guess all these years that YOU have been on the team, it was the fans fault the Suns did not make the playoffs. That is right, YOU are the only player that is consistent with NOT making the playoffs. Your entire career is with the Suns and they have not made the playoffs with you on the team. Does not seem like a coincidence to me. You represent everything I despise about today's athletes. There is nothing left to say. Markieff is a disgrace. Anyone who thinks I am overreacting is entitled to their opinion. But this is it for me when it comes to the Morris brothers. I do not even want to see them in Suns uniforms anymore. They have catapulted themselves on my list of most hated Suns players ever. Even above Matt Barnes and Randy Livingston or Robert Horry. I hope they are traded in the offseason. They are self-centered, crappy basketball players that are full of themselves. They are losers. That is the hard truth. By the way, sorry for the massive post. This is how I feel. The Morris brothers have shamed this organization.

The Morris Twins are hardly the first Suns players to say that our crowd is..."meh", to put it lightly.
Heck...we've had this reputation ever since Barkley left.

They are the first to say it after being thoroughly embarrassed on a historic level. Thats the biggest problem here for me, not necessarily what they said but when they said it.
