23 wins???? and our future???

Post#1 » by ratedrdb » Sat Feb 28, 2015 1:14 pm

ok, looking at our sched we will get 23 wins and maybe be 5th and with our bad luck we will be jumped and get the 6th pick that goes to sixers...... we have to plan like that will happen... so I think that we can get rondo because dragic may stay in mia,,, but we will get one of them....
pg----rondo/dragic
sg----kobe
sf----Justin Anderson------Houston pick the dud is from viginia and he is good,, may have to trade up
pf----randle
c--- this is where we must be smart we have to have a rim protector that doesn't need a lot of touches--- ie--kobe randle need a lot of touches
so what do u all think???????????

I can't believe these damn wins... This is BS... We could be a 1/2 a game out of 2nd... We can't do this crap again... Come on Lakers... When Philly & NY won last night we got to lose... We are THIS close to a starter for 5 seAsons or more... Don't screw this up...

If we lose out on our lottery pick this year things will get ugly. You pretty much have to tank next year and forfeit any chance you have at landing a superstar free agent.

Scott and Mgmt. should step down if they lose the pick, mgmt. for being stupid and trading every 1st rd pick they get their hands on and Scott for being a moron coach and not understanding we need as much young talent as possible.

3 game win streak!!! Jk. I was pissed because this rebuild needs to be over already.

Rondo
Kobe
Melo
Randle
Oakafor

If we were to slip to #2 we are guaranteed a top 5 pick

My dream is that randle deserves ROY but is Ineligible so they give it to lakers stater oakafor

We should have dumped hill and Lin and resigned them this summer if we wanted them. Even for 2 2nds and expirings on a play-off.

If we don't get a top 5 pick then it will be a rerun of the last 2 nick young seasons. I can't take that. Even jack is willing to sell his laker tix. Management should have dumped players and committed to a admiral spurs rebuild. When your best player is hurt shut everyone down and get that top pick

Why are you guys freak'in losing it over a few wins ! Look I get full well where we stand and what needs to be done. If any of you guys took the time and looked at our remaining schedule starting with today, you'd see that 6 of our next 9 games are against playoff bound teams. Now we caught a fluke break with OKC and Russell not playing today, so this is probably a win.

But the schedule will take care of it's self. The way I see it is when we drop these games no matter even if it looks like we can play well we'll lose these games. These next two week and a half weeks will bury us and we be fully entrenched in 4th or move up to 3rd.

Anyway it don't matter where we finish....it all comes down to lottery night and where those balls bounce. We still have a 119 balls as of today.

If you think we're gonna start getting wins and move the pick down then I don't know what to tell you. There is no way we lose the pick unless we just start kickin teams asses game after game.

getting 4th pick is not a lock, 2 teams outside the top 3 can jump into the top 3, Its happened twice in the last 5 yrs.

If they finish 4th, there is ~83% chance of keeping the pick.
If they finish 5th, it gets really dicey (only ~55% of keeping the pick).

I wonder if that is on Coach Scott's whiteboard prior to ever game.

For 4th seed, there is 16% chance of getting with 6th pick and 1.2% chance of 7th pick. The rest of the outcomes we keep the pick, and they add up to 82.8%.

Also, maybe the Lakers should get Chow Yun Fat to be our representative at the draft lottery, we'd get the #1 pick for sure.

I hope you're right man....I already hate Nash trade, losing this pick would only add more salt to that wound.

Well, at least the pick wouldn't be going to the Suns who traded Nash to LA. The Philly 7tank6ers traded for the pick.

I think the Lakers hover around 4th, and the rest will be up to the lottery gods.
