Incidentally, what you said was far from a fact, it was speculation, which you provided some backing for. But that's besides the point.

The point was what he said was just an obvious observation about the game, that MSU shot lights out in the 2nd half. Then you defended UW, as if he was trying to take credit away from them. He wasn't. His comment seemingly had no greater meaning. It was merely a truism.

My comment was totally independent of what that poster said. I was simply making an observation about the game.

Big game tonight against Minnesota. I have a feeling Dre Hollins shows up big against us. Frank could use a dominating game to push forward in the POTY race. Hopefully we can get Walker in foul trouble..Minnesota's screwed without his size down low.

Wisconsin is due for a big win at the Barn. I think they win by 10-15.

This game doesn't worry me at all.

Wisconsin has not done well at Minnesota in recent years.

Since 2005, UW is 4 - 5 (with one of the wins in OT). I look for a typical dogfight.

Don't I know it. This is almost always their national championship, typically being mediocre or worse against the rest of the league.

My only source leading me to believe we'll still probably win is B1G Frank willing the team to win down the stretch. Dial up the Barkley coaching strategy if we get into trouble, and don't lean on the bench for extended periods, although it would be nice if at least Dukan pulled his head out of his butt sooner rather than later.

Man, that was sick nasty by Kaminsky to bring the ball up the floor, look around and find nobody, then just take it by himself from the perimeter, with a drop step and spin move for 2. I thought the iron was going to be unkind and kill that highlight. It might still be too subtle for the top 10, but it's deserving of it.

Great to see Duje off the schneid too. That's his first 3, in what, 12 games? And he shot it with no hesitation, and straight thru. I think it was started on the defensive end, moving with opposing players, and getting that block. He's d'ed up well so far I thought, just got a couple tough breaks.

Wow, we came out hot tonight! It's great to see. Hopefully we can keep up this intensity, aggression, and belief all game and take home this outright title. Sharing is not caring.

Gonna be huge for Duje to find that stroke again from now until we cut down the nets. (Knocks on wood)

Frank looking like a Naismith Award winner out there. Who would have believed it two years ago? :)

That's about as good as you can play offensively over a 12 minute stretch.

It's difficult to verbalize how bad Dukan and Brown have been this year, especially during conference play. Dukan in particular has no excuse. He needs to watch some tape of Tim Jarmusz who was not very good but knew how to at least not do stupid things.

We played great outside of Showalter, Dukan, and Brown which is every single game. As soon as they come in to try and give our starters some rest for even a minute or two the wheels come flying off. It's unreal.

Minnesota got some bull looks to go in the last couple minutes too to keep it close.

Of course he makes that runner. I figured he would when he even got it off. This is Minny's national championship and they had some momentum. Give them an inch....well they'll take a few feet at least.

Who gave them the inch? Dukan mostly again with his disjointed decision making. Should I take it? Should I not take it? That's what was going thru his mind on those 2 to's. Just do what makes sense and accept the consequences if it doesn't turn out well. Shoot or don't shoot inside. Bring it up or don't bring it up.
