I mean, they got plenty of cap space but you got two WRs, one on the wrong side of 30 and no QB.

He and Todd Bowles have a great report apparently. Short term we could do a lot worse. I'd actually like to see us try to acquire and restructure Cutler while the Bears are in a trading mood. If you can keep him upright he'll produce for you.

Not a jets fan but I think this move is the 1st domino to fall.

Marshall is now a Jet. Which means they will cut Harvin.

Now on draft night I see the Jets trading the #6 pick to the eagles for Foles, the eagles first and 2nd this year, and 1st and 3rd next year or something like that.

Foles at QB with Marshall and Decker would be a pretty solid passing attack and then you would have a slew of draft picks to fill the other needs.

That is what I would do.

this move almost guarantees Harvin is being cut. He makes too damn much $$$ for what he brings to the table.

Marshall is better than Harvin too and a more conventional receiver.

It makes sense that if we did this Marshall move then we'd be planning on having a new starting QB and I'm not talking about a project like Mariota.

Brandon Marshall is only 30 and he still is elite-level...I agree the QB situation must be addressed. Hell no to Geno

Crazy that we landed Marshall, always loved him as a player. It's essentially a fifth and sixth for Marshall considering we will cut Percy I have to assume now. No matter who the QB is, they will have plenty of weapons around him.

Now if that trade down package is there, jump on it. The Eagles are clearly trading up for Mariota, just hope that Mariota falls to six. A package of Foles, 20th, second an a first next year doesn't seem to far fetched considering what it usually cost teams to trade up that far.

Marshall for 5th/6th
Mariota for Foles, 20, 52, First Next Year

Would be amazing start for Mac and Bowles.

have mac draft bpa at all picks

pick up a guard

Yeah and now that we will cut Harvin we get to keep our 4th rounder which is essentially a late 3rd rounder
