Dion in terms of athletic ability doesn't strike me as anything above average. Perhaps I haven't seen enough of him, but right now I look at him as a slightly bigger version of Raymond Felton.
By down to earth I meant more that Dion doesn't put on a fake persona and actually speaks his mind, but yeah he's definitely pretty arrogant and his play doesn't back all his talk up.
And I don't know I think he's an above average athlete. I think he's probably carrying more weight this season because he definitely looks fatter, which limits his athleticism. Keeping his weight down has always been a problem and he should be playing about 15-20 points lighter.

But yeah he has one of the lowest IQs in basketball so until he changes that, his play's not gonna change.
Every time he steps on the court, the opposing team goes on a run.
