night hiked a near-by state park w/ some friends to help one out with a photo project. got to climb up a mostly frozen waterfall. was laying on my stomach in a crevice in the rock face to help him get the shot - other buddy was on another boulder to the left.

Wheat bread, toasted with 100% organic grass fed butter + Peanut Butter + slice bananas = Amazing sandwich. I can't screw it up even after a pint of whiskey.

never added butter to that sandwich, but sounds tasty.

i've been on a healthy click (mostly to help detox for urine test, i'm clean but decided to keep up the diet for a month).

just had a bowl of greek yogurt, added frozen peaches and fresh red raspberries with some chia seed. so good.

Yeah the butter kind of adds a bit of extra taste. To be fair, mostly butter is healthy fat so it isn't necessarily bad.
