Great win. 2 days rest.. Then MEM
Gotta like their changes a lot better after this game.
They need to steal one to make up for those MIN/PHI loses

Didn't see the 4th quarter, but a win at CHA these days is a bit surprising. Wall looked great early. Gooden taking more 3s is a good thing, it would work well with a rebounding guy like Hump in there. I'm done with seraphin's incompetent ass.
They need to sign a wing player now that Temple is hurt. I somehow doubt anyone is reverting back into form between Webster and Butler :/

Did they say how bad the hamstring strain is?
And yes, the choice between Webster and Butler is a frustrating thing. We need Webster of two years ago and Butler of 40 games ago...

Didn't see the game, is this the beginning of the turnaround?

Or we could just sign Jabari Brown from the D-League and give him a try....but no, they'll probably sign Will Bynum >.>

Probably not. But Wall did look better which was a good sight. I still want him to sit 2-3 just to get right.

Not to my eyes. The Hornets looked really bad. One brick after another. Wiz hustled a bit on defense, but the Horncats' low score looked largely self-inflicted.
In Rizzo we trust

Wizards winning by 26 on the road, holding the Hornets to 23 second half points, Garrett Temple getting some valuable burn. What's not to like?

Did you all see Beal limping to the locker room after the game? Not encouraging.
Agree that the Hornets were not at their best. Glad we got the W though- Bullets needed that.
Nice to see Wall and Gortat playing well. Did okay, even with Nene in foul trouble. Gooden is a presence the past couple of games.

Hopefully this is the start of our winning ways coming back but Beal limping again is always a cause for concern.
Eric Maynor is the worst basketball player I've ever seen.

Beal was a little better today. Man that kid needs to watch footage of Harden. Brad tries to avoid contact rather than seek it out. He's strong enough to do it.
Wall looked more confident than I've seen him in a while.
Oh well, not sure what to do now. We probably won't fall out of the playoffs. Do I root for the team or not? I'd prefer to root for them with hopes that Leonsis will fire both Ernie and Witt regardless of results (unless we reach the finals or something crazy) but that just seems so unlikely.

Surprised and pleased by the win as well as the margain. But agree with whoever said CHA's woes
were largely self-inflicted. Mo Williams reverting to the mean and such.
Re Beal - love the kid, wish him well, like the general well-roundedness of his game
ie he is not N1 who only scored (sporadically) and did little else. All that said I question
whether he will become a truly great player as opposed to merely a decent one unless
or until he aggressively looks to shoot the 3 ball. Right now he seems so inclined to
turn down an open 3 to step inside and shoot a 2, often times one that is more strongly contested.

A lot of what we call 'thought' is just mental activity

hmmm, Beal and Temple out (probable) gives us PP, Porter as the starters Webster and Butler.
So our second unit will be Sessions, Webster, Butler, Gooden and Seraphin (laugh or cry?)
