I think Ernie is waiting for one more injury before getting off his butt.

Nice.
Wizards should be looking at adding Stockton, Curry, or Tim Frazier for guard depth.
Just saw you guys had this thread, Tim would be a good pickup, great kid, can ball. ACL injury hurt him at Penn State, but the kid can play and I really want him to get picked up somewhere, I could see him getting some burn if you're needing a PG.

He's 29, shooting 57% from the FT line, with only around 5 boards a game and about 7PPG. not really worth it. if someone goes down you could do worse mid season. But there are plenty of younger shot blockers out there with better futures than him.

David Stockton will sign a multi-year contract with Kings. I really want to see how his impressive DL stats work with NBA teams.

I saw that, isn't this the old story about the 2 10-day contracts? I hope this isn't true.....not that Ernie would look around to see who might be better than Bynum/Sessions..Ernie loves to aim low for the back-up PG slot, I don't know why.
#FireErnie ~ Because he believed Stephen Curry couldn't help us and Jan Vesely could.

Ernie blew it with Clarkson and he might very well have made a mistake passing on David Stockton. But I certainly don't blame Ernie for choosing Sessions over Stockton as the player to back-up Wall during the playoffs.

Sessions is ass, he won't shoot and he is too deferential. I think we should have finished with Miller while taking a good look at Stockton, Fraizer, and others, by now they may very well have been perfectly suited to play back-up.
A PG who can shoot the deep-3 like this is exactly what the Wizards should have in their arsenal.

It`s a new contract.
I`ve read multiple opinions that it may be filled with team options but yet he has a chance to at least show himself during summer. I bet if he plays for Zards he could be easily 10-15 mpg / 4-6 pts / 3-4 as / 1 st guy.

A bunch of teams made similar moves and it's the smart move to make. Lock-em up and make them fight for a roster spot after the next draft and summer league. Nobody wants to let talent slip-through their fingers, teams want to find that diamond like Whiteside & Covington. Well, except this organization.

Re: NBA D League Prospects 2014/2015
Updated to 2015/2016 D League prospects, Elliot Williams belongs in the NBA. He's averaging per game roughly 28 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists vs 2.6 to's, shooting over 49% from the field. Still not a great 3 point shooter, but now he's finally proving he can play the point - at 6'4.5. With teams - including the Wiz - often playing 3 guard lineups, I'd pick him up - even with the Wiz needing bigs.

Duke and Memphis State, IIRC.
Great call, Ruz. Elliott Williams is now ready to be an effective starting SG.
I also agree w picking him over a big not as good

Tre Johnson is the future of the Wizards.
