yeah - the new "avoid carbs" to lose weight meta makes me chuckle. When i did my own research on how to drop lots of weight 2-3 years back to get in shape I naturally arrived at what amounts to the diet LeBron used to drop his pounds. Fats got such a bad rap from the 90s and early 2000s when, to me, the best way to lose weight is really avoid processed foods loaded with sugars, especially high fructose corn syrup. That and the general idea of less calories in than you burn (within a healthy level)

never added butter to that sandwich, but sounds tasty.

i've been on a healthy click (mostly to help detox for urine test, i'm clean but decided to keep up the diet for a month).

just had a bowl of greek yogurt, added frozen peaches and fresh red raspberries with some chia seed. so good.

That sounds pretty good. I usually eat yogurt with bananas, blueberries, and strawberries with some granola.

Fats also help in hormonal metabolism so if you are working out, staying away from fats is a dire mistake. The Lakers' nutritionist did an interview which was very good on healthy fats.

yeah - around here fresh fruit is very meh this time of year. i usually just pick up whatever berry is on sale.

blueberries are my go to with oatmeal (add some cinnamon, nutmeg if you have it) bomb.

my pot-fueled diet has been greatly aided by my dad handling the accounting for driscoll's, i think that's what its called. in any case, the best blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries i've ever had. It's greatly helped me change my **** diet, no more donuts with coffee anymore.

I still drink lots of coffee, especially lately as I've been working on getting my first patent. still i gotta ramp up my diet, i'll definitely take some notes from here. I find I can completely forget to feed myself for hours at times, sounds (Please Use More Appropriate Word) but it's really the worst part of my food habits, I've pretty much removed fast food but that lack of consistent meals is definitely messing with me. You'd think the pot would abolish any kind of nonsense like that

you'd figure we'd have flying cars by now but that gets me wondering living in LA, if we have so much trouble driving on a road, with clearly visible lines and big bright lights how the **** will we survive flying cars?

I'll be walking Johnny Cash and boom! That Jetson life got me
