yeah - the new "avoid carbs" to lose weight meta makes me chuckle. When i did my own research on how to drop lots of weight 2-3 years back to get in shape I naturally arrived at what amounts to the diet LeBron used to drop his pounds. Fats got such a bad rap from the 90s and early 2000s when, to me, the best way to lose weight is really avoid processed foods loaded with sugars, especially high fructose corn syrup. That and the general idea of less calories in than you burn (within a healthy level)

my friend went on the Keto diet and actually lost a ton of weight, about 50 pounds or so in a short amount of time with very little exercise. of course that diet also has you stay away from sugar which i do think is the worst for you, even in fruits.

as for my diet, im finding the most difficult thing is putting on muscle with minimal fat added so i dont have to cut 4 months from now. been eating a lot of lean meat and vegetables with very limited carbs, but sometimes i cant really help myself when it comes to in n out after a workout since its right on the way home. also jalapeno kettle chips. i need to watch my sugar intake more closely i think, although its never been much of a problem i think since i stay away from soda, candy, most fast food and most fruit.

Going to the Verizon store is worse than going to the ER for the Flu... Yes or no?

I've had Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile and the store service has been great with all 3.

I've had great service in store with Sprint. Even where I live.

The best diet is disconnecting your driver side window motor.

I've heard keto works. a lot of what works is **** fake sugars haha. also jalapeno kettle chips are worth it are you kidding me? i eat tons of fruit (i know it's sugary), but it's natural and helps me ****.

I went from 260 to 170 in 3-4 months first time i sobered up junior year of college (plus i was tired of my 36 jeans and wanted back into 32s).

I love fruit. Nothing wrong with sugar in fruit as long as its natural. Probably my main source of sugar. I have cut down on sugar completely as well aside from the once in a blue moon diet coke.

I never had problems with AT&T. They usually help pretty fast.

Dude, every latino I run into in Houston starts with me in Spanish, some even go on thinking I'm ignoring them even after I speak to them in English for a while without understanding what they are saying.

folks made the same switch and so far I'd agree. I can deal with the slightly **** service in exchange for a more consistent billing statement. Plus they gave us Galaxy s5 phones, no bull I would've stuck with the s4 and been happy to switch over.

got some known defective free phones from verizon and they screwed us real nice on a technicality, so my dad left. Sprint has been awesome though

If I'm with them, Ima and Matt are like that, especially now with that no hair matt's got going on I think he'd pass for latino for sure.

Forex is highmaintainance unlike stocks. Just my opinion.

What are your thoughts on the twins who did an experiment on one cutting fats and the other cutting sugar?

That's my thing... I hardly ever go into the Verizon stores because there always seems to be 3 or for customers who are totally pissed and about 10 or 11 employees running around, not helping anyone in any visible way... You sit there for ever listening to 10yo techno-pop, and waiting for some douche to avoid your question entirely and try to up-sell you instead.

But their bills are almost unreadable, so I had to go to the store and work out with them what I'm actually supposed to be paying a month. And then see what it's going to cost to add my daughter.

First red flag... Guy had to go through my bill and manually add up all the charges on scrap paper, just to tell me what I should be paying a month.

The other problem I have is the new house and the old house are both in dead zones for Verizon. So I may have to change anyway.
