just be happy we have a good chance of getting either one.

if we get lucky enough to pick between them than we will deal with that after the lottery.

he better be in the gym 24/7 working on that FT shooting. Unacceptable FT $ for a kid with that much offensive talent.

Okafor is awesome but he needs to be able to hit his freethrows if he wants to be as good as Towns in the clutch in leading his teams to come-from-behind wins.

Yep. They lost because he's bad on D... Obviously if we are ignoring every other member of the team playing terrible defense and missing all of their shots.

outside of Kentucky the other #1 seeds are not that dominant. This is going to be a crazy NCAA tournament I think its going to be upset city for every team outside of Kentucky. NCAA brackets are going to be torn apart.

Quinn Cook and Tyus Jones were 6-25 and 2-13 from deep (one of those misses is a last resort heave by Tyus from deep).

notre dame came out with a clear plan

let Okafor go 1 on 1 and not let up open 3's

It almost reminds me of our 54 win season vs Pacers...

Melo and 3 pt shooters, they let him go 1v1 and focused on our 3pt shooters.

Now imagine Melo + Okafor and a bunch of defensive players who can shoot around them :D

Agree but we would need to play Melo as an SF in this scenario and I am not as confident in his perimeter defense as much as that in the post. We could do well with a backcourt of Galloway and Danny Green but we would need an Ibaka or Draymond Green type of PF for us to have a shot in being a contender.

That never happened. They swarmed Melo constantly with West and Hibbert the second he drove. Who guards Jason Kidd during a historic stretch of ineptitude and JR Brick?

That's why Prigs and Cope were so effective once Woody decided to play them and Shump had the greatest series of his life - they got spoonfed open looks.

Notre Dame did have a great plan and Duke's guards probably had their worst games both individually and as a duo.
