Casey would be a lousy boss in the real world. He would hold a grudge at the detriment of the office. JJ is your typical loud mouth employee who thinks he's better than he is, but really does offer a lot in terms of performance. His team likes him but understand his mouth gets him in trouble. It's up to the boss (casey) to work to this employee's strengths..

Instead, he doesn't fire him but he doesn't include him in any projects.
