? .....The team doesn't suck, it just attempted to go down one corridor and turned back. Now we are where we were pre-Shaw and have to consider the next corridor.

Shaw was the 1st attempt at change. Took 2 years. Gallo was injured anyway.

We should consider not just the next plan lf action, but the kind of product being put on the floor. Has to be something we can buy into and the transition has to be accepted, not forced. Tall order but we can do it.

Yep, last year Shaw allowed them to run when all the injuries started building up and he did not have much choice. As I have said all along Shaw was trying to force this team into playing an iso/post offense and it was a horrible fit for the roster. Finding something that fits for the roster actually makes them into a good team.
