Graham won't put up the same numbers with Wilson at QB. Plus Seattle traded one of their good linemen & a pick. Call me crazy, but I like this.

It could bolster their offense, but it will leave their oline even thinner. have to see how it works out

The problem is, Wilson is such an escape artist that a poor OL may not even affect him lol...

Graham is huge... that's not nice.... our defense is going to lose a lot of those battles...

I don't think it is about him putting up the numbers. It is more about he now wins in an area where we might not be as strong with Willis retiring. If we wind up scheming well and end up facing these guys in the playoffs it could be another game decided by a play.

In the playoffs, we started to see teams catching on, though. I'm not sure he can keep that act up indefinitely unless he refines his play from the pocket. He struggled to make plays when he wasn't out on the edges in the NFCCG and the SB. He came around late in both games, and particularly the SB - as he always seems to - just bombing it to Matthews, but Wilson went 24 minutes of game time in the SB without completing a pass. And as lucky as he's gotten on a large number of his deep balls, MANY of which are just 50-50 shots, you've got to think we'll see his INT numbers increase at some point (see: the GB game). For all the talk of Kap's struggles - which are legit - I wouldn't be at all comfortable with Wilson as my starting QB, either. Take away either his defense or his RB, and he'd be a middle-of-the-road guy IMO. Though, to be fair, his OL and receivers are bad.

Graham helps the team a ton; even if he puts up 2/3 of the numbers he did in NO, that's a huge boost to the frankly bad/incredibly gimmicky/incredibly lucky passing offense the Hawks have trotted out the past two years. I've just got to hope that there's a reason the Saints traded him.

I am not looking forward to T-rex Borland trying to cover Jimmy Graham.

With Willis & Bowman, the Niners could keep TEs under control. :(

@CharlesRobinson: Prior to trading 1st round pick in Graham deal, #Seahawks were digging into WR Dorial Green-Beckham. If he slides to 2nd rd, watch Seattle.

Can't let him slide
