noah dying just made the whole hospital arc a giant waste, what was the point of Beth dying only to have the person she sacrificed to save die 5 episodes later.

I'm willing to bet the producers wanted you to forget that over the midseason break. Let's also try to forget that Noah was also indirectly responsible for Tyreese's death as well (never cared about him though).

Whenever they try to write something that didn't happen in the comics it's horrible. And that's sad because the comics are horribly bad, too. He was basically a plot device to kill two major characters and now he's dead and we never got to see anything from him that made those stories worthwhile.

if you watch the walking dead for story/characters you're doing it wrong, hate to break it to you but pretty much everything past season 1 is just a giant waste

So I hear they are going to go with a "sentient zombie" idea for next season.

Don't we already have Eugene? HEYO!

But that's a good idea. Reminds me of the zombies in the book version of "I am Legend." Not equal to man in intellect, but capable of basic speech.

That's the point! This TV show is supposed to make you feel sh#tty when characters die. So Beth's attempt to be a cop killer was all for nothing. If anything Noah's demise redeems the Copland arc.

My friend sitting next to me while watching jokingly said, "Damn. T-Dog. Prisoner. Tyrese. Noah. Black actors should not buy a home in Atlanta if they get cast on this show."

Yeah I think that would be a real interesting spin on the drudgery of typical zombies and a change of pace from the "humans are the most dangerous" enemies plotline for the past 3 seasons.

I never thought I would say this because I've been a very big fan of this show right from the beginning and read the comic books, but I've lost total interest in the series. They never allow the new characters develop and build a deep relationship with the team. But thats the reality of a zombie apocalypse. Anyone can die at anytime, I understand that completely. I guess i'm just tired of how the show is flowing. Hasn't been my favorite season.

TWD is a soap opera for men, it has no middle or end it just keeps going and going and going..... i wish they would ditch the comic book storyline and try and make a real TV show with a actual plot that you look forward to seeing what happens instead of "and we return to life after the zombie apocalypse"

know how you always hear, what happens when the show game of thrones passes the books.... that will never happen with TWD because even if they did what would it matter

Yeah, the killing of characters this season has turned me off quite a bit. I still haven't seen season 5 but I know what's been happening. Beth dieing killed most of my interest in even watching as she became one of my fav characters in season 4 when she and Daryl were together. Not sure why she and Tyrese had to die at all

Rick's group are essentially bad guys right now. They should of done something that shows that the people of Alexandria wasn't as friendly as it appears. Idk, there is no one in Alexandria that should make Rick's group feel and act the way they do. They have to reveal that Deanna isn't what she appears to be, and not the people of Alexandria going against Rick's group because of the actions that Rick's group did. Cause at this point they should go against Rick's group, cause they initiated the violence.

They were every bit equal to man.

Spoiler:
That's the point of the end and title. The zombies were humanity and the last human left was the monster. Hell, they were experimenting with a pill that let them wander in the day, gave him a sort of trial (judgement) and basically had a media circus watching his execution in fear.

I agree with the others that the lack of character development has been the biggest flaw of this show. We still don't really know much about these character's past. I wish that this show would do like Lost did to show what their lives were like before the zombie apocalypse broke out so that we can atleast form more of a connection to them. For instance, was it ever stated what life was like for Glenn and Tyrese before all of this happened? We don't know very much about their backgrounds at all. We have only gotten flashbacks from a handful of the characters. I am still enjoying the show, especially last episode, but it could be alot better. Hopefully they are learning from their mistakes and the spinoff is better.

Are you for real or playing? If so, when did they mention this on the show? Or is this from the comics?
