Given how the FA Cup is shaping up, i think we'll almost certainly get a Europa League place.

If you only listened to english media and fans you would think Arsenal are favorites to go through despite being outplayed at the Emirates. And Chelsea were massive favorites vs PSG as well.

Yeah, it's ridiculous how after you've knocked a team out the previous year and then outperformed them all season people consider you favourites against them.

It's better than not bad. La Liga is definitely the top league at the moment and i think most people acknowledge that. If you'll notice, the tune in England has shifted to the Premier League being the most entertaining league.

This is spot on. The goalposts have shifted, gents. Stick with it.

Only been watching La Liga for a couple years, but it doesn't seem like you can touch anybody in Spain and defences have, um, adjusted to that. Am I wrong? Don't they have more time on the ball?

depends really. Some teams are allowed to get away with assault (atletico) . There's more time on the ball but less space in la liga.

Atletico is the prime example of physical football. Those guys will go after you hard.

well, that wasn't the start we hoped for! now we need two goals, just to get to overtime. this will be very difficult.

Jordi loves getting under peoples skins. He should be careful though He already has a yellow from the last game.

For sure they are done. Juve just need to sit deep. Dortmund can't even create chances against deep standing Bundesliga teams.
