Defense is good. Offense might have something to do with incorporating Archie and Warren into the lineup, while also missing Len and Knight.

Hell yeah it gives us a shot at the 8 seed. Bled and Marcus don't shoot that poorly every game. We played one of our worst games of the season and we beat the team ahead of us. We have a great shot at the playoffs.

They were also Missing the best big in the game, There starting PG and Ryan Anderson.
We were missing Len and Knight, we should of won this game easily.

So.... the Suns were missing 2 out of their 5 starters. What point are you trying to make? Both teams were playing without integral parts. The Pelicans haven't been too bad without AD. Guess you just want to complain even in wins.

I don't get what you're trying to say? We won the game. Who cares if it's by 2 or by 20. I could care less if AD was out.

Im saying who cares if we won the game, its the same feeling I have had since the all star break. The team just isn't good enough to consistently win games. Its a meaningless win in the grand scheme of things.
I fully expect us to go out and and get spanked by Houston next game.

I'm talking about new guys getting minutes. Guys getting used to each other on the court and I think its shown on the offensive end. They've both looked good but at times are lost and guys are still getting adjusted.

Sure theirs been an adjustment period with the new guys getting minutes on this team. But every single Suns fan should be excited about this win because we're watching the future of this team fight for a spot in the playoffs and they just had a huge win against one of the two teams their fighting with. Get out of here with your negativity. It's sickening as a fan.

jeez, i hope the majority of they guys on the roster are NOT part of the future. I mean i guess if you like no ball movement and lots of ISO crap you can get excited, i personally am not a fan of that - but you seem to be so good for you.

Im just looking at the big picture and i just dont care for the rest of the season, I just wanna see Goodwin and Warren get more minutes and play well.

Both teams were missing integral parts of themselves. Earl Barron is playing in place of Alex Len. Think about that. Brandon Knight can score 20+ on any given night. Holiday isn't great, and Anderson has been out often with injury problems. Davis is a big missing piece, but the Pelicans have beaten other teams pretty consistently in the games he's been out. Keep the hate alive.

barron is averaging 6 mins a night and has played 9 games,
Define 'Great" because Bledsoe and Knight are not "great" either
Ryan Anderson has played 52 games this year...
Davis is a huge missing piece, he is the best big man in the NBA

its not hate, its just being honest and realistic

The hate for this team is disgusting. :banghead:

Ugly win, but still a win. We got some good minutes out of the young guys, and what I really like is older players looking for the young guys. Green to Goodwin for the oop, was nice, and a few games ago Bledsoe finding a cutting Warren twice.

Shooting was horrible, and if our guys could hit shots, including Bledsoe, he could have easily had a triple double for all of his eleven rebounds were defensive. Speaking of rebounds, 52 rebounds for the starting five tonight! :o Let me say that again, 52 rebounds for five guys!

However, we still can't have guys shoot so poorly and so often in a game. Either take higher percentage shots, or find the guys that are actually making baskets.

It also might be tough to put Wright on the bench if he can play games like tonight. 8-10 shooting, 8 rebounds, and 7 blocks.

The rebounding is clearly a result of the poor shooting. 105 missed shots from both teams...UGLY

I like winning and making the playoffs. I love good ball movement and rotating the ball weak side. But that isn't how our team is made up. Can't do anything about that now. But that doesn't mean I'm giving up on our season.
Big picture making the playoffs doesn't hurt us at all other than draft position. Losing games does nothing for us now. I'd rather have Archie and Warren play 15min from here on out in an intense playoff push.

Oh, and we totally lucked out getting more free throws than them. I guess there is a first time for everything. But it definitely was the game for us to shoot eleven more free throws and win by two. Very lucky indeed.

Are you captain obvious tonight? I think everyone knows rebounds are off missed shots (or blocked shots), no need to try and deflate what they did.

We need more 3 pt chuckers man. Don't you see how Goodwin and Warren don't live at the 3pt line? They actually do that disgusting and pathetic thing called "moving without basketball". Like wtf, who does that?!

I wish we had Green playing more and I wish more of our players had his type of mentality.

So would I, but I just don't see it happening. Like I REALLY don't see it happening. I am 99.99% certain we wont make the playoffs.
We **** up earlier in the season when we had an easy schedule and lost way too many games to crappy teams and now we have the hardest run in home.
If we still had Dragic id still think he had a legit shot, but not now.

Return to Phoenix Suns
