That lady tied to the tree with her stomach ripped open is straight out of True Detective...Not sure how they made that into cable television. Was freaky

Wasn't that the favorite music of one of their two people who died?

Man, I thought it was gonna be that awful dubstep music he put in when they drove out for their run where he died. That would've been high comedy. Family grieving while the bass drops lol.

Oh...True Detective the TV show. I was thinking you were talking about the old True Detective magazines which pretty much made their money out of stuff like that.

Rick gets exiled and his family and people stay behind and Rick joins the mysterious W guy who actually Morgan
Perhaps in an amazing twist Rick becomes the enemy of the town, and his family, as he assaults them until he pulls it together at the end of next season

Spoiler:
I don't know about that, they showed a clip (unless I was imaging it) where Jessie, and a large group of others, was with Rick, in the dark when at least one zombie approaches them. It would seem that either Rick left with a large group OR somehow some zombies found their way in (either by the 'W' group or maybe even by Rick who lets them in? Hmm? To make his point?).

Spoiler:
Didn't a hooded Michonne show up before she was cast..? Could potentially have a similar situation. Although with the speed this is going at, I highly doubt Negan makes an appearance yet. Alexandria should face some other turmoil before that happens. I believe the wolves will be the scavengers, when they showed up in the comics, Derek said "little pig, little pig, let me in".. sounds like something a wolf would say, no?

I don't know but I've found in life that folks true colors tend to come out in times of duress (like when you draw a blank on national TV after jumping the gun to click on a buzzer). While I don't know that I'd necessarily call her a racist, it's clear to me that she won't be dating, marrying or approving any of her kids dating/marrying a black person (or I'd imagine any none white) any time soon. That she likely sees no harm in little racial jabs, innuendo's or slurs and likely brushes them off as no big deal like most ignorant people do.

Actually the origan of zombies got it start in haiti and voodoo, witch doctors would use blowfish poison to make someone appear to be dead and they would sneak into the graveyard at night and dig them up, so if you're going by the real world stories of zombies and not pop culture what she siad might not be as racist as it sounded... She just said it quickly and off the top of her head

you might be giving her too much credit there

I think she looked at two black people and said "black"

she could have said Haiti or Voodoo for sure, but she said "they're black"

which is pretty funny

Someone who actually knew that about the origin of zombies would also know pretty much zombies inside and out and would know that "black" is not going to be one of the answers. I seriously doubt that she could tell anyone her own origins much less origins of anything else.

I have an idea why she might have said "black"...it's because her mind went blank and the colors most often associated with blank is black and white. And since zombies are bad and she's white she certainly isn't going to choose white. Ergo, black was the only answer.

She was probably scared by not only having to face a black opponent but also to have the host being black. Then thought zombie scares people, ergo...blurted out BLACK!!!

Like I said, while I doubt she's openly racist, I would guess that she has about as many friends who are black as Netanyahu has friends that are in the PLO.

hah ya maybe i gave her to much credit and shes just a moron i thought it was a interesting fact :D

another interesting fact night of the living dead is one of the first movies to star a black actor in the lead role in 1968, Duane Jones, i watched a documentary about the making of the movie and its worth checking out. it was a small indy film that was just played a a few local places and just blewup over night
