Don't know what games you've been watching. Energy? Maybe. He gets smoked all the time though, can barely stay in front of his man.

damn wow
Yet most people here want them gone.

And not to mention, this was the 2nd of a back-2-back, and they still won. Yes, this team is dangerous right now, and even though I don't think we'll catch OKC for the 8th spot, I'm not so sure GS would want to play us with this 'big' rotation--could give them fits.
And lastly, on the Technicals--yes, hopefully they'll learn to calm down, but you take the good with the bad--same can be said for Boogie, Westbrook, Griffin and D. Green. But the issue isn't necessarily just one guy--it's a team issue, as if you look at the technical foul season leaders, you'll see that we have 3 of the top 10 (Tucker being the 3rd).

At this point I'ld rather let Knight walk than go back to that 2 PG gimmick
FO would never do that because that would be an open admittance of their failure. They'll re-sign him just to save face. If we let BKnight go then we would have to be sure that Archie is ready to be a starter
Why? What's wrong with PJ continuing to start like he's been doing?

Agreed. This line-up works, and PJ at SG works, regardless. I don't necessarily believe we have to start the Morri, as I just mentioned, but a bigger lineup than a 6'1" PG, 6'3" SG, and a 6'5" SF--more like a 6'1" PG, 6'5" SG, and a 6'8" (Warren) SF. Bledsoe's length is more than adequate to shut down most PGs, so his height means little.
On the Knight trade, I also agree, DRK. I like Knight, and if we keep him and sign him to a $12-13M per contract, I'd be ok with that as well, so it's not about whether or not anyone likes Knight, it's that we traded away a lot to get him. Even if the LAL pick ends up being a 15-20ish pick, that's 3 recent 1st Rd picks for one Lotto.
Let's pretend it's 2011, and the Pistons just drafted the Number 8 overall pick (Knight), and we end up trading the 2012 #26 (Plumlee) overall, 2014 #18 (Ennis) overall, and the 2016 #15 overall pick to acquire Knight. How do you feel about that? Not great, at least as far as I'm concerned. And that's a worst case scenario--change the LAL pick to, say, #9 overall. You just don't trade that much away for a PG, IMO, even a young good one like Knight.
That said, I think we can make his presence work on this team with this rotation. If you split up the minutes at PG/SG between PJ, Goodwin, Bledsoe, and Knight, with Goodwin receiving about 15 minutes, that would average 27 minutes each for the rest. then you split time at the 3 between Marcus, Warren, and Bullock, while having Marcus split time between the 3 and 4, say 12 minutes at each, that leaves 20ish minutes for Warren, and 16ish minutes for Bullock.
Anyway, just 'spitballing' some ideas. But wouldn't surprise me if Bullock is traded at some point in the offseason.

STAT to Phoenix?
Stoudemire said he considered signing with Phoenix after his buyout from New York but he at least did not pick the enemy.
"Extremely high," Stoudemire said of the Suns' chances, "but I wanted to compete for a championship this year. That's one reason why I didn't choose the Spurs because I knew it would be a letdown for all my Phoenix Suns fans. I couldn't do it. It was a tough decision, but I wanted to win this year."
Stoudemire, 32, said he could play for five to six more seasons.

Why do people say such stupid things?
FO types don't do stupid things just to save face. They do what they do because they really BELIEVE in what they are doing. They might be wrong, but they did not get to where they are by worrying about whether the medio or fans will criticize. McD's willingness to dump IT and Plumlee is evidence of that.

Thank god, I would have thrown up seeing Amare in a Spurs jersey.
