I "love" Mirotic as you know.
^^
But this is ridiculous, some things said here against Wiggins.

After the campaign for Noel.
Now is the campaign for Mirotic.

It doesn't really matter who wins ROY. What does matter is while they are both rookies, by the time Wiggins is Mitroic's age, he'll of been in the league for 4 years and whose numbers will dwarf the 24 year old Mitroic

Wiggins has been seeing a lot of double teams since the AS break and alot of the free looks in tonights game was because the Jazz constantly had half their team and their bench spying Wiggs in the post.

Martin is a consistent shooter, something the Wolves sorely need as Wiggs becomes a monster in the post. Rooks like Mirotic and Noel are getting alot of publicity recently, but opposing teams throwing doubles at wiggs speaks volumes.

I dunno, if LaVine plays like last night every night? Martin is gone for sure.

Lavine shot well last night, but at least a third of those makes were bad shots.

Kmart also puts up shots, but he will get alot of those playing off the ball while Lavine plays hero ball to get his shots off. Lavine is a prototypical 6th man; can get points in a bunch, but can also lose you games when shot isnt falling. Remember, prior to hitting that last second 3, he was the reason why the Wolves lost that 4th Q lead.

I hope that Bjelica can repeat same success.

80% of that will suffice.
I am higher on Dubljevic tho.

What message board was that?

Why is Wiggins PER so low? I know he started the year slow but he's been at 13 for about 2 months now, why is that?

He has to stand around and watch Martin jack up shots.

He's 19, its to early to decide what role he is in. 6th man sure, but with his athleticism he could be the next westbrook (who also chucks like crazy). Yea I do remember he was the reason they lost the lead but mostly because no one on the team could play make. He's not good enough to run an offense and he's not strong enough to make his own play consistently, but he certainly has the potential to do so.

I think we should wait for the Elfrid Payton for ROY thread and then hit them with a Zach LaVine one. And justify it that he is one of the youngest dunk contest winners and has been shooting 45% from three since the all star break. Since anything that matters is post-all star break with rookies.

 This is a joke right? Philly fans have been tearing down Wiggins all year. Even when there wasn't a debate a month ago.

Philly fans haven't been "tearing down" anything. Whats said on our boards is a different story. Most of us try to just stay out the way so I know thats bull. You guys just thought Wiggins road to ROTY was going to be a cakewalk after Parker went down and that's not the case.

edit: Actually i'm on my phone, I can do it when i'm at home

I can pull up 3 Noel threads right now with posts putting Wiggins down and Noel "Clearly" being ROY. THAT'S annoying. (2 on the GB, 1 in the nba draft forum)

Nobody is saying it isn't a debate, but just because two guys have been playing well for a month and a half doesn't mean Nov, Dec, Jan don't exist and people are only seeing recent production.

I'll take the latest topic that had ROY choice of all 4 rooks included, 51% voted Wiggins when I last checked it. We're not exclusive to ROY, but most of yours truly 6ers and Bulls downplay Wiggins' overall performance to support cases of their favourites. Some of yours truly talked about KJ McDaniels being better than Wiggins when there were no Mirotic/Noel talks, and now poor KJ can't even get playtime infront of Brewer/Ariza or for Christ Sake Jason Terry. Yours truly have been on rampage to downplay our guy for whole season and continue to do so, with your fellow board supporters even going as far to say he is the worst ROY ever and what not. And now you're throwing the ball to us for being "exclusive"? Thats hypocricy mate, few pages ago people voiced concerns on Flips starvation strategy and its effect on current ROY race, praising latest Miro/Noel performances, which I think I wont read about on your boards about Wiggins.

You have got to be kidding me. Read the Rookie thread on the general board. Read the draft board. Read your board, the board where even some of your own posters where calling each other out for the ridiculousness.

Staying out of the way  kind of like you are displaying right now? Its just more of the same, you just have some rose colored glasses on about your board.

No mate check this travesty.

Not saying Wiggins won't be a superstar, he has the ceiling IMO, but he hasn't run away with RoY like some people make it seem.

You mean like Wolves fans make it seem. Magic,Bulls, and 76ers fans are all open to either roookie winning the award. Wolves fans act like it would be a travesty if anyone other than Wiggins took it. Its annoying.

And all Impression I ever got was that most ignorant bunch of all kept posting us up about the most scrubbiest pack of the league and their daily stats on general board on day-to-day basis.

Personally I couldn't care less about Wiggins winning the ROY or not...let Mirotic win the title. With ROY comes a lot of pressure for next season.
I'd rather see Wiggins get snubbed and watch him drawing a lot of extra motivation out of it for the next year.
